Store was dirty upon arrival. Employees seemed like customers were a burden and the manager or supervisor reinforced that theme. Not one coworker was smiling or thanked anyone for their purchase.
When I went to get my drink half the lid supplies were empty and there were zero napkins stocked. Counter was filthy.
Can’t really blame the employees if they have zero leadership.

This location is usually pretty good but they must have new staff cause this experience was not good. The Frosty half filled, 3 tiny pieces of bacon on “baconator” fries Food taste old and heated up. Long wait time and bad customer service. Also I used my points towards a “free” happy meal and still had to pay smh. Other restaurants when it says redeem points for free item it really is free.

2/10/23 My daughter had a terrible experience this morning around 830am when she decided to purchase one. We live around 15 min from Wendy’s; when she arrived home and bit into the chicken, it was uncooked. I went to speak with a manager and her reaction was, ” I don’t know what happened because we should be checking the temperatures of the chicken before we serve it.” I was shocked that they did not follow food safety procedures before serving the chicken.

Get a 1 star because my sandwich was very neat which is rare for me to see at a fast food joint but Burger patty and tomato on sandwich was the same temp. “Chill” my first time eating here . Watered down juice and drive thru was ridiculously slow. Figured I’d get fresh food for the amount of time the service was taking and my fries were brown from being “redipped” not a good look for my first time trying Wendy’s . Don’t think this is the color their fries are supposed to be.. just gross.

Just got home from there on monday night right before midnight. The food is.
Wonderful in the staff was very kind. 2 young black ladies and a Hispanic woman working there tonight. They were very polite and handled my complicated order with no problem and without attitude. There were no salads at this time but it was right before closing so that’s understandable. The black gentleman with the dreadlocks that works there is also a joy to be around. So farther super late night and early morning staff is superb! Sometimes they mess up the order but they have no problem fixing it Kindly.

This Wendy’s isn’t worth stopping at during the day, don’t do it! All our sandwiches were thrown in the bags sideways, and they don’t know how to conserve waste by not giving a customer 2 cup holders stacked together even though we said we didn’t want it and tried to get them to take the drinks out but I guess that was too inconvenient. We have never had a problem with the night staff, but the day staff doesn’t have it together at all.

O.k so I’ve been waiting for this Wendy’s to open and didnt want to go right away so we waited a few weeks,And the food was horrible all of our fries greasy and salty and some of them taste not cook throughly.The fries wasn’t even hot,The spicy nuggets was just o.k if you like over cooked,My kids burgers was not done, My grilled chicken sandwich was cooked on the outside and didn’t taste cooked on the inside and was salty.As you can see on my receipt I bought $40 worth of food just to have to throw it away and go somewhere else for more food.

The employees can’t be bothered to repeat your order, say thank you, verify the order is correct when they hand you your bags, or give you a receipt to bring back inside when your order is wrong… which is inevitably always is. They will not answer their phone if you call to tell them they got your order wrong and there is no apology for the inconvenience when THEY mess up. They treat you like you’re the inconvenience. Wendy’s will lose money because of the staffing at this location

Well I went in late around 12:30 am. I ordered the classic bacon burger. I forgot exactly what it’s called But it was supposed to have meat cheese, bacon, pickles, tomatoe, and onions and lettuce all that good stuff, but all I got was meat cheese and bacon on both sandwiches.
