Aspen has the potential to be a great restaurant, that could rival those “downtown”. All while being closer to the Broadmoor world arena and Fort Carson. When we arrived prior to a concert, we were one of three diners. The beer was room temperature and our bruschetta was soggy. It need either a sprinkle of Parmesan or a drizzle of balsamic. My wife’s fries were under cooked and the “1/2lb” burger was too small for its bun. My smothered steak was served with raw onions. My steak was good and my wife enjoyed the burger.
For Dessert, we have chocolate eruption and tiramisu with coffee. The coffee was obviously microwaved and the was unable to hold it’s shape due to being warmer than it should and the chocolate was very overpowering. I couldn’t even taste any coffee in it.
Understanding this is a “newer” restaurant and they needs to work out their kinks.

Loved this place! The ambience is perfect for lunch or brunch or late lunch. Great outside dining. Service was prompt and attentive. Food was served timely and drinks were kept afresh. My scallops were so juicy and delicious. That creamy sauce with a bit of fresh lemon juice was flavorful every bite. Very balanced with rice. Dessert was perfect for sharing.An all around good experience

Great lunch menu deals, absolutely loved my penne, alfredo, mushroom, broccoli, and chicken pasta. Had amazing service and the food came out all at the same time hot and fresh. The manager does a great job running the place and genuinely checks in to make sure guests are taken care of, which really shows in the smooth service and welcoming atmosphere. The bartender is top-notch—friendly, skilled, and she makes excellent drinks that perfectly complement the meal.
On top of all that, the view is absolutely beautiful and adds so much to the overall experience. It’s a perfect spot for a relaxed meal, drinks with friends, or a special night out. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

First time stopping into the Aspen bar and Grill and our server Jesus actually is one of the owners took very good care of us. We usually split our meals to be calorie conscious and not be too weighted down. Our order was perfectly split already plated for us beautiful presentation with the Hawaiian burger. It was amazing and a ginormous chef salad with raspberry vinaigrette. Highly recommended a must stop in a new regular for us.
