Things we tried angel fried chicken ,shrimp Thai shrimp rolls , yellow chicken curry , chicken fried rice, bbq chicken , everything was freshly made and delicious best Thai chicken fried rice it has some love put into it the taste was superb the yellow curry had some deep spices putting this dish on another level the shrimp rolls fresh with a touch of Yerba buena it was unique and delicious the chicken bbq was also excellent the angel friend chicken was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside as they mix chicken and mushroom noodles no bones it was delightful this place is family run and the taste and service reflects it if you never been here I highly recommend this place a must try and last but not least we had the mouth watering fried banana in crispy outer layer with coconut ice cream it was a great finish to the experience.

Tasty Thai is one of the Thai restaurants near my work. I have lunch or dinner there many times. The service is always very sweet and attentive. The food is good and the dining room is not very big, but clean. I love all their curry dishes. The duck curry is my favorite. The parking lot is small and shared with a few stores and another restaurant. The parking spaces are hard to get in lunch or dinner times.

I was in the area and needed dinner so I thought I’d try them out. I had the yellow curry with chicken and the Chicken Satay. They were both pretty good! The curry was a good level of spice! I do wish it had a bit more chicken to vegetable ratio though.

Called in a To Go order last minute, and I didn’t PAY ATTENTION to the time ready listed on the website. Check the time order will be ready before you order. Staff were so friendly and made my order so fast. I hardly had to wait at all. Food was delicious!! We will totally order from them again.

Been coming here for a few years now and have never been let down! The crab fried rice by far my favorite thing on the menu, the “angel wings” are absolutely delicious, and having finally tried a curry this trip it was great! Easy to say one of the best kept Thai secrets of Sacramento! Will be back many many more times for sure!

I arrived at 2:30 on a Saturday and it wasn’t busy so my food came out quickly. Service was excellent.
I ordered the pad Thai with vegetables and it was so good I ate the whole thing! I was expecting to eat half and have some later but it was so good I couldn’t stop myself! Cabbage, green onions, broccoli, green beans, carrots and bean sprouts rounded out the veggies. Squeezing the lime takes it over the top delicious! The lime adds such a wonderful acidity and deepens the flavor. I will savor this pleasureable food experience until the next time and it will be soon! I’m so looking forward to coming back!

The food is so good here, very reasonably priced, large portions, and great staff. I’ve ordered take out several times for the family and everyone loves it. Lots of vegetables with just the right amount of crunch and sear, meat is juicy and not leathery/mystery, great spice (and they accommodate your spice level really well), flavors are rich. Will definitely come back and recommend to friends/family.

Cashier walked away when I came in and had another lady come up to me, who then went out of her way to not provide a good experience. Before explaining that I was trying to call and got no answer, the woman insisted the wait for food would be an hour and the restaurant was not even half full. She then blamed it on her phone in and online orders as the reason for the hour in store wait. If they are not properly staffed I’d rather be told that then to blame it on your inability to handle a high customer volume. I wish I did not waste my gas coming to this restaurant as now I have to waste more gas to find another one . Had they answered the phone and said they were too busy , I also would not have wasted my gas but they made it very clear it was not their problem.
