Went to Alfie’s for dinner with our neighbors last night. We have been a regular here for many many years. This is a fine Italian place. Never thought to review this place as I always had good food and great service here. Alfie the owner and all his crew make sure each and every customer feels special. If they don’t have it on the menu you can ask them to make it and they will.
The calamari appetizer, Buratta and long hot peppers were delicious. The halibut and zuppa di pesce were great choices for dinner.

I have driven past this restaurant for many years, with the patio always catching my eye, but this weekend I finally stopped in for dinner. Had a reservation for a girl’s dinner and we were promptly sat at my requested patio table. The patio is beautiful…covered, ambient lighting and seasonal flowers. Service was attentive but not overbearing. We ordered a variety of appetizers (burrata, rice balls and the beef carpaccio) four seafood entrees and two desserts. Everything was fresh, flavorful and delicious. The owner came around and introduced himself, told us a bit of his history, and even gave us complementary dessert liquors to finish off the evening. He was also clearing plates and taking orders, lending a hand, and it was apparent how much pride he takes in his business. Overall we were all impressed and will definitely be back. Seasonally, the patio is just lovely, and the interior dining room was elegant but not fussy, and would serve well for dining or a private party. 10/10, I’ll definitely be back!

This is an upscale fine dining BYOB restaurant in a beautiful location with lots of free easy parking. The restaurant has an elegant ambience with a nice deck for outdoor seating.
We had dinner on a Friday night with another couple. Service was very friendly, accommodating, and efficient. Everyone got exactly what they wanted just the way they wanted. The menu is extensive. There is a large party room for private events.
The food was delicious, expertly prepared, and generous portions. The mussels fra diavolo were one of the best we’ve had, and the tri colore salad was wonderful. The diver scallops, veal chop, and branzino entrees for dinner were superb. The tartuffo and assorted biscotti for desert were terrific.
The complimentary bread served with dinner was fresh and crusty, and the complimentary amaretto and sambuca at the end of the meal was a nice touch.
Being able to bring our own wine was definitely a big bonus.
This is an amazing restaurant that our friends eat at regularly. It was the first time for my wife and me, but we will definitely return.

Amazing place. Great service and food. My scallops were cooked to perfection and my wife’s home made cavatelli was amazing.

Top restaurant in Warren. Food and service consistently exceed my expectations. Went there for my birthday with my family. Alfie, Franco and Art made it one to remember! Alfie even came out with his famous guitar and sang happy birthday, definitely memorable. I know where I’m going for my birthday next year!

Had a party recently at Alfie’s. We were more than 40 people, yet the food was perfection! Everything was cooked exactly right, the fish, the filet… the pasta was like air! Amazing at such a scale! Alfie, Frank and staff were wonderful to work with and made sure every detail was in place. Highly recommend!

Overall the service was very good and attentive. Nice background music. The problem is really the food, its presentation and taste. Not sure if it’s the chef or preparation, but the food quality has significantly declined over recent years. All dishes that we ordered from scallops to veal to pasta were very poorly made, drenched in sauce, meat is rubbery, very unfortunate and not cheap. The desert was subpar as well.

We ate at Alfie’s the first time on Mother’s Day. I am so grateful to Alfie, the owner, for fitting us in on such short notice. He was accommodating, friendly and made us feel like we had been there many times before.
The service was fantastic, even on a special day no one rushed us out or hurried us. The food itself was delicious! My favorite part is that they put things together that you would never think to. The portions are very generous as well. I highly recommend trying the “Calamari Francesco” it’s like something I never had before.
We will definitely be back soon!

It was the first restaurant I went to when I moved to warren and it’s the best Italian flavors that I can’t give up. Every time I go, they greet me with sincerity and welcome me with a smile. The taste in their food never changes. The owner is always on the job and takes care of all the guests one by one. Success does not come easily. Thanks for your hospitality.
