The burger was phenomenal. Good quality tomatoes and the dried cherries were a nice touch. Mac and cheese side was a little cold but very good. Great service! Awesome atmosphere, lots of indoor/outdoor seating. Definitely would come back!

We had lunch here, and it was fantastic! Everything has a cherry spin of course .The setting was adorable, and we ate outside. We had the burger with the cherry jam and the Parmesan-crusted grilled cheese – amazing! The seasoned fries were delicious as well. We loved the cherry bomb hot sauce so much that we bought some immediately at the store. I’m a big fan of the cherry salsa as well so had to stock up on that. I will definitely be back!

This establishment has great cherry inspired food and drinks. Keep in mind that to view the menu, order food, and close your tab, you must scan a QR code on the tables. The staff and our sever provided great customer service and were very friendly. There is lots of Seatting inside and out. Both with a great family-friendly layed back atmosphere. You can buy more Cherry Public House merchandise and exclusive food and drink items in the attached gift shop. There is even an ice cream booth on the back patio that sells their signature flavors. Overall, my group and I really enjoyed our visit and we think you will too!

Great place to eat. Lots of yummy foods that all include some form of cherries! The service was really great. Love their burger and their pulled pork tacos. I also enjoyed their cherry cream soda. There’s seats inside and outside.

My wife and I ate here during our MI trip. Service was nice and quick, and the staff was nice. If you sit in side, you sit wherever you want and they bring you menus. If you sit outside, you order on your phone and then they bring it to you. We ordered the pretzel stick w/ beer cheese for our appetizer. Best pretzel sticks we have ever had. Every entree there has some sort of cherry incorporated, so if you don’t like cherry stuff I wouldn’t eat here. My wife got the Parmesan crusted grilled cheese with fries. It was good, but she didn’t like the combo with a cherry jam and cheese, but that was her personal preference. The fries were hot and fresh and you get a lot. I got a chicken wrap and it was very good. They also had a shop and the winery beside the restaurant. I had a beer and my wife had a cherry wine. Overall very cool and good, would recommend.

We sat outside and the whole outside dining area is very pretty. The chips and cherry salsa was fabulous! I had the grilled cheese and seasoned fries. Both were very good! The wait was long but we were both given a piece of pie for our patience!

Since I began planning my family’s vacation to the Traverse City area, I had Sleeping Bear Dunes and Cherry Republic in Glen Arbor as my top 2 places to visit. I was excited that a seat was available on a busy afternoon and was okay with the 1 to 1.5 hr wait once our food order was placed even ordering appetizers, because the menu items had products available for purchase incorporated and based on the number of people eating there and picking up take out, it had to be delicious food and worth the wait, right?! Wrong! All 3 items were not good – the pulled pork sandwich had the flavor and consistency of a sloppy Joe, the cherryaki chicken lettuce wraps were so small to be considered an appetizer and lacked any cherry or teriyaki flavoring, and the cherry chicken salad wrap while okay had no flavor except for the celery giving it a little flavor and a very minimal amount of cherries.
I gave the service 2 stars because the manager offered our dog some water and got him a take out dish to use as a water bowl. Also, we were able to get a good table in a corner. At the end of the meal, a server (ours changed several times) asked how our meals were and I was honest. When customers share honest feedback, it should be acknowledged and some type of service recovery should be done. The server just blamed the disappointing meal on the wait time, which was not the problem. If the food was good/great, we would have been okay with having waited. To have genuine feedback swept under the rug really goes to show the place is fine with attracting crowds and delivering poor service and low quality meals.
The Glen Arbor campus in general is good if you want to shop for Cherry Republic products and visit the winery and pop area, and aren’t there to eat. This place is a tourist trap. Such a disappointing experience on a first time visit to the area.

We had a wonderful dinner! SO MANY CHERRIES! The pickled cherries were very interesting to try and the seasoning on the fries was unique. We sat outside and the gardens were gorgeous. The service was warm and friendly and we appreciated the hospitality. Our table had a burger, tacos, chili, and barbecue and they were all fantastic! And I swear even the water had a hint of cherry in it! Hope I get to go back someday! Lots more great things to try 🙂

Fantastic eatery tied to the Cherry Republic brand of food and beverages. Indoor seating is on wait-list if they’re busy but outdoor seating is first come first serve and ordering from QR code and online menu is very handy. While you’re waiting on food, which by the way is excellent quality, you can hit up a nice gift shop or the wine tasting and ice cream stand across the garden. A really nice offering in Glen Arbor.
