Absolutely one of the worse places to come get food or snacks. I came in last week, stood at the counter for 10 minutes, nobody at the drive thru, nobody inside and not one person acknowledged I was there. So I had to leave because I wanted some ice cream so I went somewhere that actually sold. Then I come in yesterday for a doordash. Again, nobody acknowledging me. People that came in after me was taken care way before me. 20 minutes for a blizzard. Also it was ordered 20 minutes before I got there. So it must’ve been the best blizzard ever

This place has the best Christmas decor I have ever seen in any restaurant or fast food place! It is very inviting, and very well organized. The choices of ice cream and dairy style options are great. I order a vanilla milkshake, and it was not too hard or too soft (two problems I experience all the time when ordering a milk shake). They had a great assortment of cakes and ice cream too. Would recommend for desserts!

Alexis is the sweetest girl. My husband brought my daughter in for a cake for her birthday. There was a cake that was in a bigger size that my daughter loved, but we did not need that much cake. Alexis had the cake decorator make her one exactly like it in the smaller size. Will be coming back soon! Thanks for the awesome experience!

At about 1 PM on Friday October 11, 2024, I stopped at the DQ on Mahoning Ave just outside Austintown. I had a coupon for the $3 small shake and thought I’d treat myself. There were 2 cars ahead of me in the drive thru and no cars in the parking lot. When I ordered I told the person I wanted a small chocolate shake with whipped cream. Order confirmed, I waited patiently in line. It wasn’t long. I pulled up to the window and the worker told me I owed $3.79 for a small shake. I reminded him of the coupon. He said, “ the price is before the coupon”. I said “yes, but I only owe you $3”. He just looked at me, but did inly charge me $3. Then he brings forth my shake, no whipped cream. I reminded him of the whipped cream and he proceeds to tell me “ we are Very Busy and there are only 2 of us here”! I told him thank you, but thank you was ignored. What? He has no idea what busy is, just apologize and add the whipped cream please. Stop making excuses. And…. He was skimpy on that whipped cream he added.

Very clean store and everything tasted great. The young lady that took my order was very courteous. The most impressive thing I noticed at the store was that they showcased their employees on the tv’s. No other DQ I’ve been to has ever done that! Kudos to the owners, managers and employees for taking such pride in this store.

Pulled into the drive through last night. I was the only one there. The girl asked what I wanted and I said one second I was looking. Then she said ok just order when you are ready. I starred to order a moment later. No answer from anyone. I kept saying hello? I even blew my horn. A car pulled into the second lane and started ordering as they bailed on me and went straight to them. No one ever got back on with me. I watched a car who had pulled in well after me go right on by after they ordered. I got frustrated and left this is not the first time having problems at this location. Dairy queen has really gone down . It’s a shame. To.many other places out there who will treat you right to be putting up with thus crap!

We just came from this Dairy Queen I haven’t been here in a long time. I ordered the brownie batter blizzard. It was horrible it barely looked mixed up and the ice cream is really grainy. I feel like I was eating dirt. To be fair we threw it on as a last minute order at the window but that shouldn’t affect the quality. I’ve had these before in the past and it didn’t taste anything like this. On top of that we ordered a mini and they gave us I guess a small which wouldn’t have been bad if I could eat all of it. I don’t know if they don’t come in the mini size or not. We’re taking it back I wish I would have tasted it before we pulled off.

9/21/25 had a cold bun chilly dog/unmelted cheese barely any chilly ….who ever worked that day at 4:02 needs retrained or supervised…do yourself a favor and when you order a chilly dog tell them “can i get it hot and with more than a tablespoon of chilli.
