WOW WOW WOW!! Mint progressive Indian is probably the best Indian food I have ever eaten! The service was amazing; they really went above and beyond! The food was a flavor explosion in my mouth! I personally loved the Sag paneer cheese and my favorite drink was the Koh-he-Noor it’s served in a diamond martini glass! If you’re in Seattle I highly recommend checking this out! 5x stars!

Mint is a cozy restaurant that’s a good choice for a date night or a special occasion with friends. The comfortable ambiance makes it easy to relax and enjoy your time.
When it comes to the food, the mango lassi is a standout and highly recommended. It’s more like a thick mango shake or a “mango mastani,” and everyone at the table enjoyed it. The paneer roulade and kachori chaat were also well-liked. However, it’s worth noting that the portion sizes for the appetizers were quite small given the price.
For the main course, we ordered lacha parathas, naan, and two curries. The Ceylon chicken curry was disappointing, as it didn’t taste anything like an authentic Sri Lankan chicken curry. The double sauce malai kofta was also just average. Unfortunately, the main courses suffered from the same issue as the appetizers: the portions were too small for the price.

We had a mostly fantastic experience at Mint Progressive Indian in Seattle. The Fish Kalia was outstanding—perfectly cooked with bold, authentic flavors. The Pani Puri was another highlight—fresh, crisp, and super flavorful.

However, the Old Delhi Chicken Fry didn’t quite live up to expectations, and it felt a bit underwhelming. Also, we noticed it looked different from the photos in online reviews, which was a little surprising.

A lovely surprise was the complimentary dessert cake for my birthday—a thoughtful touch that made the evening extra special. Overall, a creative menu, great service, and some truly memorable dishes. Definitely worth visiting again!

Great food with even better service and ambience. Tried a bunch of items in this rather upscale place and we liked a few entrees and loved the appetizers. Started with a complimentary tiny podi idli, we had crispy cauliflower and jackfruit kulcha which were the highlights of our dinner. Delhi chicken was decent. Tried some kind of nitrogen chat which was made on the counter and you’d be paying more for the experience than the taste – as it was a little too sweet for us and the portion size was huge for our group of three. Tried paneer pasanda and a tandoori soya chaap from entrees which were tasty but a bit too sweet for our palette. Butter naan was average but lacha paratha was underwhelming. Tried dahlia chat from the dessert menu and it was light and tasty! There’s a service charge included for all the orders but its worth the service. They were kind enough to pack our leftovers for us. Might visit again for some special occasion!

I haven’t been wowed by a dining experience like this in a really long time! We were seated immediately after getting reservation on open table only a few hours before. The menu consisted of Indian and Indian inspired dishes that were incredibly innovative, modern and fun, unlike any other Indian restaurant I have ever been to. I absolutely loved their mango lassi inspired cocktail and the fun appetizer bites. All the food was so delicious! On top of that, service was 5 Stars! The servers were so warm and welcoming and knowledgeable. It is so rare to find that nowadays. I will definitely return on my next trip to Seattle.

Great place for a birthday dinner. They greeted us with a complementary appetizer and finished with a complementary slice of cake. Our server, Mason, was very attentive and knowledgeable about all of the menu choices. He was very genuine and thoughtful. The drinks, appetizers and entrées were all served perfectly spaced apart. The food and drinks were delicious and aesthetically pleasing.

Shoutout to our waiter Mason, who went above and beyond to explain the dishes and make the experience truly memorable. The food was tasty, beautifully plated, and the ambience was one of a kind. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a special dining experience!

This place is such a gem! First off there is SO much space for larger groups, which is hard to find in Seattle. You will likely not have a wait going in here most days of the week!

It’s also just gorgeous in here. The light fixtures, the bar, even the chairs, nothing is an afterthought and it really elevates the dining experience, and a great place to celebrate a special occasion.

DIETARY ACCOMMODATIONS (VEGAN):
The food was amazing, and even as a vegan I had SO many options! I don’t usually get this lucky with Indian food but they designed their menu to be so accommodating to dietary restrictions and I had 10+ choices on the menu. And the service was so attentive and helpful to my dietary needs.

FOOD:
The Pani Puri were such a special treat, and brought me right back to my time in India in 2017. I haven’t had them since because they’re hard to find, so it was so fun to have them again, and the presentation on the little cart was so cute. So flavorful, so delicious, and I can’t wait to bring my friends here to try them for the first time. We also got the Southern Fried Cauliflower (without the sour cream), so crispy and the 65 sauce is bomb. The Papad Sampler was so fun and I loved the pineapple chutney.

We also had the Baked Artichoke and the Duet Kofta that were so beautifully plated and equally delicious. I can’t think of any other place in town that does an artichoke dish and it was so fun. Even the House Salad, as boring as that seems, had avocado and a cumin vinaigrette that was so fresh and flavorful. For dessert we split the coconut sorbet that was just creamy and dreamy and a nice finish to the evening.

SERVICE:
I also have to shoutout the server, Rody(?) she was such a big help in navigating the menu with me, so knowledgeable with ingredients in each dish and let me know which dishes could be modified to be vegan so I could try more things. She also recommended a wonderful cocktail which was such a fun and creative delight, the flamingo glass was so adorable!

HOSPITALITY:
You can tell that the team and the ownership genuinely understand hospitality and I definitely recommend paying them a visit. I didn’t go during Happy Hour but their deals look great, plus they’re open late which is also hard to find in town.

OVERALL:
If you’re looking for a place for a big group, a special occasion spot or a beautiful space to enjoy a delicious cocktail away from the chaos of downtown, I definitely recommend Mint.

Overall, it was an enjoyable dining experience for lunch. I was pleased with much of what I ate, even though “progressive” Indian food tends to be too generic and overdone. The cauliflower 65 appetizer was my favorite item that we ate with the spiced jalfrezi taco being the least enjoyable item for me. Generally, the items are good and the portion sizes are descent. Be prepared that no side items come with the entrees, so you will be paying a hefty price for a family of four to fully satisfy your Indian food appetite. There is also an included service fee, which drove my bill upwards of $100 for 2 apps, an entree, and 2 orders of breads and we only drank still water with it. Just be ready to pay for the food. Otherwise, you should enjoy this place.
