Sevice was slow… they had to make an additional biscuit for us.. we ordered three only had two available… they put our two biscuits on the tray with our hash rounds. Then they left the tray on the counter 5 minutes while cooking more eggs… cold hash round are not good at all.. threw them away… wasted money on what is already over priced.

I gave this Hardee’s a five star because the manager deserves it. We were visiting the area and went inside to find the manager working by her self that morning. She took orders from in side and drive thru, made most of the orders on the prep line then bagged them in a timely manner. She kept her cool when it was busy and some people being people. I think she deserves a raise and hire more staff. She was very friendly under pressure as she was dealing with it. Food was awesome as Hardee’s should be. I wish I would have gotten her name. I hope she gets help soon if that’s typical or we just happen to visit that location on a bad day, but she made it good.

On 1-18-25 I was traveling up 81 and I stopped at the Burger King in mount Jackson. But as I parked and looked up I seen Hardee’s just up the road so I said to myself I haven’t eaten Hardee’s in over 20 years so why not. WELL. I went to the Hardee’s and when I walked in holy hell. I seen stuff all over the floor. Old food, dirt, napkins. So I went up and ordered and well that was debacle it took 20 minutes for me to get my food, and when I got it was cold. So I got my food and went to sit down and every table had stuff on it. I said I don’t work here but let me go get a damp napkin and wipe it off. So I got sat down and was eating my sandwich and k just kept noticing stuff everywhere I mean this is the dirtiest restaurant I have ever seen. I’m not sure they even own a broom. Plenty of employees were there but I didn’t see one cleaning anything! So k finished my meal and left and I will not go back. That was a complete letdown for it being such a newer building and business. And their bathroom holy hell it was disgusting again stuff all over the floor, trash can full. Toilet was filthy. Whoever owns that restaurant really needs to visit it and find out why it’s in that condition. And it was around 2 in the afternoon and you have to have the exact amount for your meal cause they can’t give change. So I used my card but still a fast food place should be able to make change. They only owed $4 in change and couldn’t do it.. it was a very bad experience at this restaurant and I hope that the owner(s) can get it cleaned up before it gets other issues from all the trash and food laying around. I have pictures to back up my story and this was just my personal experience but very disappointing to see a newer place in that condition. I must mention that there was people there before me and it took me 20 minutes to get my food so they had to be waiting 30+ minutes to get theirs and then a gentleman came in after me and he had to wait. I counted 5 employees there but the turn around times were still awful. I give this place an FFF+++

Friday 1/2/26 came in for breakfast on a very rare day off. The restaurant was obviously understaffed, i could only see 2 employees, there may have been others, but the 2 i could see were amazing. These ladies need to be recognized and rewarded. Great job. Great breakfast.

We were traveling through and decided to have an early lunch at this Hardee’s, during the week in July, 2023. There were not many people inside when we were there, although it got real busy before we finished and departed. I commented to our cashier how quiet it was inside. The women at the register told us how they had been slammed all morning and how it was nice to slow down just a bit for a break.
We ordered a couple of Mushroom Swiss burgers, one as a meal, and one extra. We would share the fries and drink. We didn’t want to eat too much, while traveling. The food came out quite quickly (which isn’t what happens at most supposed fast food places anymore) and we sat to eat. The food was good and without a doubt, also better than most fast food burger places we have been to anymore. It also came out quickly, again, unlike most fast food places anymore.
As we sat and ate, I noticed that the women who took our order was taking advantage of the quiet time. She first came out and did a quick sweep of any trash on the floor. Then she came around with a bucket and wiped down every table not being used at the moment. And most tables didn’t look dirty. But she did it anyway.
This made an impression on me. This young women was doing a fantastic job. Just as she finished, people then started coming in again. So she went right back into service mode. I was impressed. I wanted to tell her thank you and that I had noticed her work ethic. But the line just grew and grew. So I didn’t get the opportunity. But as I write this, I pulled out my credit card receipt and it had the name “Cashier Cheyenne”, on it. I’m guessing that is her and wanted to say thank you to her for doing such a good job.
Anyway, this Hardee’s seemed quite clean, and the cashier’s efforts that I witnessed just affirmed that. I don’t know if I’ll ever stop in Mount Jackson or at this Hardee’s again. But after this experience, I would not think twice about stoping in again. Unfortunately, there are not many (supposedly) fast food places that I would say that about any more.

Drive thru order took 15+ minutes food burgers where Luke warm and the cheese was barely melted. The service was not even trying to hurry like they just didn’t care and I get it but come on try to show some type of hustle. Fries where hot.

Usually takes a long time to get through the drive-thru. order is often wrong and the people at the window are sometimes rude. By far the worst Hardee’s I’ve ever been to. a lot of room for improvement with the staff. I tried it four different times, I just don’t go there anymore.

My visit was less than sub-par. I literally drove over an hour and a half to get Hardee’s. It took a while to get the food. The food temperature was barely warm by the time we got it. Every sandwich was messed up. Definitely not what I have come to expect from Hardee’s. Very disappointing. Included are items that were requested to be left off of 4 sandwiches and everyone was incorrect. We were the only ones in the restaurant.

Customers waiting, slow service, definitely no initiative to move, only saw 2 employees. A couple who ordered before me waited over 30 minutes for their order which had been forgotten because the cashier didn’t cash out the transaction instead laid theoney on the counter maybe frozen screen. Nice building need to focus on hiring, training and development.

Come on Hardee’s you guys have to do better than this ! This service was fast but the burgers were cold and the cheese was NOT hot….the chicken was cool but dam a two piece was 8.99 way over priced !! You guys have to get this right you’re not the only burger joint in town !
