We came here on 12/24/25, the Christmas Eve. The restaurant was jam packed. Good thing we made a reservation well in advance, or else it would be impossible ro find a free table. Service was friendly, prompt and courteous. Food was all very good! We shared MM cesare salad, a dozen oysters, wagyu slider trio and escargot for starters. Then for entrees we had NY stip steak, wagyu burger, crab cake and Chilean seabass, all were very delicious. The wine list had ample wines to choose from with reasonable price. I’m very happy with the level of service and the quality of food this restaurant offers.

Expensive but excellent food and service
Great service by Jam! The food was amazing though expensive. We had the surf and turf, sides were crispy Brussels sprouts (the best!), truffle mashed potatoes and the burrata and tomatoes tart. As starters just the bread. We were staying at the hotel, thus the decision to eat here! I went with my husband and our 2 kids ages 12 and 15!

Our bartenders Zahira and Yamil were absolutely amazing and took great care of us. We sat at the bar for happy hour and the options available were great. All the food was delicious and beautifully prepared and presented. The manager Stephen made sure to make my birthday extra special and for that I am eternally grateful. We can not wait to return! Thanks all for a great time!

I had an amazing dinner experience at Meat Market. The bartenders were incredibly attentive and made me two of the best cocktails I’ve had in ages. The manager came and checked on us. And the food was amazing. I’ve eaten at a lot of fancy steakhouses and Michelin restaurants across the world; this one stacked up. I had a perfectly cooked steak, tasty salad, and a handful of appetizers, including this tartare with mango that was phenomenal. The ambiance was fun and lively. I’ll be coming back regularly to this spot and couldn’t recommend it more.

Had an amazing dinner at Meat Market in San Juan. We started with the short rib soup, which was rich and flavorful—comfort food taken to another level. The waygu sliders were juicy and delicious, a great appetizer to share. The star of the night was the tomahawk steak—cooked to perfection, tender, and packed with flavor. Had a great time for my birthday! Nashi and Brenda were our servers and ensured all was well! They were knowledgeable about specials, the area itself, and made it like a friend who was hosting a dinner party!

This is a FINE spot, but the value of food and drinks do not match the pricing at all. Significantly higher pricing than some of the top restaurants in NYC, LA and Miami and nowhere near quality of food. I got the Waygu smash burger (it was fine) and asked for the side of fries to be swiped out for another thing on the menu.
They said i would have to order the side as a whole. Most restaurants sub it out and charge the difference. They don’t do that. Frankly, i don’t understand the logic of that (but anyway). My wife asked for a red wine and the glass was $24 – that is very expensive for a house wine glass even at a top tier restaurant.
The food is just not good enough to justify the pricing value. I’m not cheap and understand the value of a great dining experience, but this just isn’t it.
The service is good though and it was a good ambiance.

Stumbled on happy hour and absolutely loved everything. Juice bomb drink, waygu dumplings, churrasco steak and the loaded baked potato. Two thumbs up!!
