Flavor-PACKED and totally delicious! Super fresh! Neighborhood is not the best but this place is local and authentic. Service is SUPERB & portions are HUGE. Best mango shake E-ver! Approximately 15 tables. They share the building with vehicles having emissions tested next door.

This is my favorite restaurant for Pho! The servings are generous and filling. I love the vegetarian spring rolls! I’ve tried a few other dishes and they are also good. This is my Pho place!
I visited here again in June of 2024. I questioned a charge. The owner said it wasn’t a charge from them but from my credit card. I called my credit card and they said it was charged to me by the restaurant. So there is an charge for using a credit card. We spent about $80.00 , plus we left a tip. So they lied to me. My Family and I would go there every chance we had. I don’t like being lied to.

I wish I could give 2000 Vietnam Restaurant an even higher rating. Probably the best restaurant I’ve been to here in Albuquerque. Don’t let the exterior fool you, this place shows you that it’s what’s inside that counts. The interior is surprisingly nice, the food was amazingly delicious and fresh, and I will definitely be back.
Shrimp & pork spring rolls were great. Stuffed to the brim.
Wonton soup was the perfect size at “small.” Wontons were so delicious and the broth was incredible.
The watermelon shake was amazingly good. So light and fresh-tasting. Way better than anything similar I’ve tried.
Plus, prices were very reasonable. More than enough room to leave a good tip!

The restaurant offered great customer service and even better food. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout the visit. The stir-fry and chicken were well-seasoned and perfectly cooked, while the pho was absolutely delicious.

It was my first time visiting 2000 Vietnam but I heard many good things. They have a huge menu! I loved our appetizer, the spring rolls were big and the peanut sauce tasted incredible. The service was great and friendly. Each table has a lot of seasoning available, different types of chili oils and dipping sauces. We ordered noodles and bánh xèo, the flavor was good, the portions filled us up, the veggies that usually is wrapped around the bánh xèo was interesting…usually it comes with large lettuce and leafy greens but it came with cilantro, jalapeño, cucumber, and shredded carrots. Definitely different from traditional bánh xèo but still had great flavor. The downside was that our food was extremely oily, when you go for a bite the oil is dripping. We paid a little over $25 for everything.

This place is not as good as it used to be There are new owners . I used to love going here but now I do not. Has the same menu as the previous owners but it comes with less food. I ordered a fried Shrimp plate the menu says ten shrimp but the owner gives you eight and tries to tell you they are bigger than the other shrimp. So talk about Bait and switch. So I guess my new favorite is cafe de lat . Change your menu to direct more accuracy so its not false advertising.

You ever had one of those experiences that you don’t want to share because you are afraid if it gets out things might change. You want a place to be successful but fear that success might ruin what you have quietly discovered.

Great food, but the place had Fox News on, which just went on and on about how great everything with ICE in Minneapolis is going, how great it is that all these immigrants are being arrested, dragged out of their cars and homes, and it made being there super uncomfortable. I kept a smile on the whole time, making my mind up about it all, but the service was also low-key uncomfortable too.

This place has been here forever and serves great Vietnamese food. It shares a building with an auto emissions place but don’t let the slightly shabby exterior fool you. This is excellent Vietnamese comfort food, good for what ails you. Came here with an upset stomach and had spring rolls and curry shrimp vermicelli. Calmed me right down.
