I purchased food from Taco bell!!!!!!
Normally i don’t post anything negative but this is my second time experiencing a problem with my food!
A couple of weeks ago, I went through the drive in and placed an order for a taco and quesadilla!
I immediately noticed that the taco was coming out of its wrapping and the QUESADILLA looked as if a CHILD made it!
Oh mind you i had to wait, so they asked me to pull around and the will bring it to me, which is not a problem.

So after waiting I went into Taco bell, with MY FOOD && RECEIPT and said look at this!
I asked them to replace it or give me my money back!

The cashier immediately gave me the (1) taco but as i stood there I noticed no one was fixing my Quesadilla!

After maybe (10) minutes of waiting I asked for the MANAGER and she explained that it was only (1) Person to do the job, so she assisted me by making it herself!

I was very DISAPPOINTED my food when I got home and told my friend, that I was shocked b/c I always come to this location on my way HOME and I usually enjoy it!

I DIDN’T WRITE A REVIEW BACK THEN BUT I AM WRITING IT NOW!

SAYING PLEASE DO BETTER!

CUSTOMER SERVICE MATTERS and Trust me coming from me, I know!

Check your orders before leaving this location and make sure they give you a RECEIPT!

I went there yesterday I asked if food was fresh & which seemed not I went against better judgement purchased anyway after manager reassured me was fresh … came home and was sick throwing up everywhere I’m so disappointed I’m on way up there to take back this food this place needs to down yall totally could kill people like this ..mind you I’m just start to feel better from a procedure & this was my first day being able to eat& kff that lil lady aa dark skin manager ..she’s use to doing this she lied straight to my face said fresh..and then gimme a look as if I was crazy for asking her Fresh!!! The chicken was dry chewy rubber like

I placed an online order at 3:36p on Sunday (12/21/25) and they gave me my order only at 4:40p. It wasn’t a staff or food shortage, it was very badly organized work. Bunch of employees were just circling around to mess with each others. The manager was useless, couldn’t even help employees … A lot of angry customers were waiting for at least 30 minutes. If you value your time, don’t go this place, don’t place any orders with them. They don’t take a dime of their business. Disrespectful to the customers.

I came through the drive thru around 11something tonight hoping they would have crispy chicken because my local location didn’t have it so I drove out to this location only to be told no crispy just original I said Ok can you make sure it’s cooked well the young lady said Ok!! I got home to eat the chicken broke the chicken open only to see red!! Not cooked all the way. No dinner for me tonight. The last I came there late night they gave wrong chicken order. If it isn’t crispy I not eating not settling. Would call back to complain but the location is closed.

Don’t do it far as wasting your money and time at this location which needs to be inspected by KFC’s corporate office which they aren’t preparing food in a quality manner, potato wedges are hard as wood, my honey bbq chicken wasn’t completely dipped in the sauce but had sauce poured on the top and my honey bbq wings was soggy after waiting 15 mins only telling you there is a wait time after they take your money not giving you the option of ordering something else to prevent a long wait. Also be careful for them trying to over charge you for food which i encountered which i questioned and the order price was reduced dramatically from a 12 piece honey barbecue chicken wingettes to a 6 piece by a difference of $9 so yeah this place needs to be investigated undercover by KFC corporation and the health department after seeing another customer review of showing that she received chicken not fully cooked, never again would I step foot in this restaurant !!!

Visited on 10/12 around noon and had a terrible experience. Wasn’t told until after paying that there would be a wait. Ended up waiting over 20 minutes for a 6pc wings combo with no apology, no update, and no offer to accommodate the delay. Customer service was rude and unprofessional. Even worse, I saw employees in the back preparing food with no gloves and handling everything with bare hands. Completely unacceptable. Won’t return.

Poor quality of meat – black parts like had been frozen. Purchased 2/9/26
Pick up was in a double tied bag so couldn’t be easily inspected.
Won’t purchase from them again.

I keep receiving missing items from this KFC. Whenever I order sometime tenders, pieces of chicken, and/or large sides are missing. I called and nothing gets done. I was told that I could pick up the missing item if I wanted. the whole point of delivery is not needing to leave your house. I have called customer service multiple times, they tell me it will be included in their report, but nothing gets done, and then they tell me that they can only refund me $5. what kind of service is that?

Been coming to this location for years and had problems on and off but tonight was by far the WORSE experience ever at this location. I went through the drive thru. The lady on the speaker was nice but once I got to the window the lady there was very short and frustrated and it showed. I received my food with NO receipt and once I pulled off I realized that all of my food was NOT in the bag. I go back through the drive through because tonight it wasn’t crowded and she had the nastiest attitude. I advised I did. It recurve on if my meals ($5.00 fill up box 2pc), that one of my orders was incorrect and missing something, and that I needed honey mustard for my tenders. Her attitude was terrible for a mistake they made on their part. It is not always this way at that location but tonight I had to review because it was not necessary. I tried to call to speak with a manager but the line is busy. Added a few pics of what I received and it’s condition. Just be cautious.
