Breakfast at The Echo Inn never misses. The quarterback omelette was solid on its own, but what really made it stand out was the house-made gravy — rich, flavorful, and clearly made in-house, not an afterthought.
The Crab Benedict was just as impressive. Generous crab, perfectly cooked eggs, and everything balanced really well.
And you can’t skip the Bloody Mary menu — there’s a wide variety of seriously amazing Bloody Marys, from classic to creative with infused vodka, and they’re clearly something this place takes pride in.
Comforting, well-executed food, a great drink menu, and exactly what you want from a breakfast spot. I’ll absolutely be back.

Very small with maybe 25 people top that can fit in building. I LOVE IT FOR THAT. Oh and also the food and prices are very reasonable. They do have a smoking section outside covered. Picture of Taco Tuesday steak and fish. The other is of a chicken bacon wrap … all fantastic.

Great food, great service, we had a nice sunny day and enjoyed our table outside. The outside/inside dining had heaters. What a great job the owner did adapting to this time. It was kinda romantic we love this place! You must try their steak and the bloody Mary’s, so good!

Chicken tacos with goat cheese (chevre) all over them. Yuck! Guacamole was dark brown and oxidized like it was old. Quality control needed here.

We have passed up this pub several times in Carver Oregon. We finally decided to stop and see what it is about.
Food is standard pub food. Burgers, sandwiches and fried fish.
We ordered the clubhouse sandwich and fish n chips. Both were very tasty. Huge portion.
Drinks were margarita and I had a beer on tap.
Beer was not as cold as I liked. Chilled glass was used but was not a cold glass. My wife said the margarita was standard pub margarita.
It was not busy as we were there on a Sunday afternoon. Inside bar was pretty full spnwe decided to sit on there deck.
There was no server and we were told you order at the bar and they would bring it out. Food was quickly made and served
If biker type bars scare you this might not be for you. While this is not a BIKER bar, it does have a lot of riders there. My wife and I both ride so non-issue for us.
Prices were reasonable.

Friday Night 16 oz Steak Night: My rare steak was fantastic! Juicy and tender. The grilled edges were perfect and flavorful. Came with a baked potato, salad and good garlic bread. The service was excellent and friendly!
