The food was fresh, hot, good and fast. I just wish that they didn’t put honey in all the biscuits. I wish the customers was given a choice, my family just don’t care for our bread to be sweet. Besides that, i would go back, and this Church’s is connected to a truckstop and gas station.

Me and my elderly mother whet into the Valley Al. store. When we go in two customers were staring and have me worried like me and my mom are about to be jumped! So I move from next to the entrance to the other side of the room. And the manager she asked me what’s my problem when I ordered! Mind this the whole time these two are still staring in a intimidating way. The problem was she didn’t see the problem and assumed I had a problem! It was a scary situation for me and my mother! And the management was no help. How can you enjoy an experience in this way!

I had given up on Church’s a few years ago but I decided to give this location a try. I am glad that I did. So far, this location has been consistent with it’s service and good chicken. And the biscuits here are just right also. As of now, I still don’t know if I’ll try any other locations because of how satisfied I am with this one. I hope that the experience here is just as good as mines for other people.

I ordered a two-piece white with fried okra and jalapenos. One thing I have always loved about churches over the years is their jalapeno peppers because they are always crunchy and they always have good flavor and large peppers. Today my peppers left something to be desired. They were small, much, much smaller than they I have ever been in the past. Otherwise, my chicken was fresh, hot, juicy and delicious , as was my honey butter biscuit and my fried okra. The staff was friendly and attentive.
