This place is an Absolute Gem!! We’ve been here multiple times and have always been blown away! The pizza is Delicious and cooked perfectly! Their Italian subs are Excellent! The ravioli was freshly made and seriously out of this world! Came with a salad too. Their house dressing is the best! Super cozy atmosphere and the owners are incredibly nice! The best pizza and wings around. My family loves coming here and if we get a take out order you can reheat the pizza or wings in your air fryer or oven and it’s still just as good. They also have really good garlic knots and pasta pretty much everything is delicious!!! Service is also top notch very friendly and they always make sure everything is done to your satisfaction. If you want good pizza order here!!!

I have been to many pizza establishments from California to Florida. Franco’s Pizza in Hayes, VA is one of the best restaurants that I have been to. They are extremely friendly and still professional as they welcome you like family. It was evident that their priorities were cleanliness, excellent food, and a welcoming environment. If you are wanting New York pizza where the slice is extra large that you have to fold to eat, Go To Franco’s. After you finish the pizza and dive into the cannoli, OMGoodness, a sigh, and smile is all you can do. There is no grainy texture and clearly made with love. When you find the right place like Franco’s there is no reason to keep looking for another.

My husband and I were in the area looking for good Italian food and we ran into this small pizza place. The atmosphere was so cozy and it gave me a sense of being in Italy. The staff was amazing, especially Mary. She had this amazing accent when she spoke. We could listen to her talk all day. Me and my husband order the mozzarella sticks, which were home made, served with the fresh marinara sauce. The mozzarella sticks were so crispy and flavorful. We also ordered the margherita pizza and decided to added mushrooms to it. And lastly, we shared a tiramisu and it was to die for. Thank you so much for the food and the experience, the next time we are in town we will sure to stop by again. ❤️ ciao

I have lately been disappointed by most pizza anywhere I go. Customer service at many critically acclaimed locals can shine lackluster at an inconvenient time. Overall care for each person who walks though a businesses doors has been on decline like im sure anyone reading this knows. This was not my experience here.
I was addressed immediately and waited on hand and foot. The food was beautiful, intentional, and delicious. While the space is humble the staff does everything to bring a worthwhile experience to every individual. I do not plan to go anywhere else for pizza as long as I am here. Please come support Franco’s for running a lovely slice of an Italian diner made proper restaurant.

Immediately felt like we had been transported to Italy. Quaint and friendly, we had been told this was to best pizza in the area, lo and behold it is! An even further surprise awaited us as we took a slice of Limoncello Cake home – delicioso!!! Can’t wait to go back

Ordered four pizzas for my grandson’s birthday party on Sunday the twenty third of November. One pepperoni one cheese one sausage and one pineapple and ham all four were perfect and ready for pickup before the promised time. I’m not surprised they always exceed my expectations. THANKS AGAIN.

Francos located in an unassuming strip mall – but do not be dismayed! Once you enter- you will be enveloped by a lovely selection of Italian music- only surpassed by the beautiful welcoming greeting by your Italian hostess Maria.
The decor is classic cafe style with a bright Italian flair. Beautiful art and wall tiling accent the seating area and fresh greens are in vases on every table.
The service was prompt throughout the meal. The restaurant and rest rooms were clean and tidy.
The food – if you read this far, I will not disappoint.
I ordered the vegetarian Stromboli- enough for 4 people so be prepared. This dish was freshly prepared- olives, spinach, tomato. Broccoli, garlic- a beautiful explosion of color and flavor! It was a work of art!
The garlic knots were the best I’ve had- absolutely beautiful and with the right balance of garlic (not too overwhelming) and gently oven browned to allow for that perfect crisp top with warm soft flavorful middle.
My husband went with a more traditional onion rings (perfectly fried) and a sausage with sauce hot hero. Once again perfectly oven prepared.
To finish the meal we enjoyed a piece of lemon cello cake. Light and flavorful with that perfect hint of tart.
It is a local family owned treasure. Don’t miss it!

Me and my wife came here for the 1st time. And our experience was amazing all around. Everybody treated us like fam. We even got to taste his mother in-law cake and it was amazing. Can’t wait to come back. 10 out of 10.
