Going through the drive thru takes literally 23 minutes just to get 2 route 44 drinks. Food is good but jeez is thr wait time crazy. Especially considering pals right next door can make a mile long line disappear in 7.265 minutes.

We waited in line for a total of 20 minutes. The person in front of us never even had their order taken, they ended up driving away along with others behind us also waiting, I pulled to the speaker and nobody said anything, no greeting, no “I’ll be with you in just a minute” nothing. Waited about 8 minutes before driving away as well. This isn’t a new experience, this Sonic has always and probably will always be like this without better drive thru service/management. And there were workers, we could see them outside on phone calls and closing trash doors, not taking trash out, just shutting doors, very big priority I guess. The only thing I wanted was a drink, so I instead went over to Pal’s (out to the road with cars) and I was in and out in a 4-5 minute time span; less time than I spent sitting at the Sonic drive thru speaker. I work in fast food as a manager and I would NEVER let someone sit at our speaker for over 2-3 minutes at MOST unless we were completely backed out to the road and were just not able to take orders. if my employees were letting customers sit like this, they would be wrote up for poor work performance. I’m surprised this location is still even open with how many people have had horrible experiences.

The place is getting worse. Sometimes up to an hour wait! The. They will apologize with your food cold. I had an experience where the screen button wasn’t working and I had to order on the app they informed me they knew and after bringing this to their attention and telling them they should tell the customers so they are not wasting their time they decided to rudely shove my food bag through the door while I was still trying to sit my drink down and they spilled it all in the floor, and WALKED AWAY with a smirk on their face while I had to pick up all my food . I did call and was told they would reimburse my money and have a talk with them. Neither have been done obviously because I’m still getting shade when I try to go there.

Thinks its okay to stalk peoples social medias and go out of her way to harass them for speaking about their negative experiences on a public forum thats made to speak about your experiences. I wont be back . Your employee needs a lecture about how to talk to people and i think its common sense that reaching out to someone on their private facebook is a big no no in any business.

Food sucked. Burger and tots had no flavor except sodium. Gross white bread. Horrid pickle tasted like a bread and butter pickle. Strong onions. Blasé employee. Tummy has hurt all day after eating there…

This is the slowest Sonic I’ve ever been to. I say as I’ve been sitting at the drive thru window for 15 minutes waiting on what they said was a 5 minute sandwich fresh over 15 mins ago.

So paying 12$ and waiting for this awful mess of chicken. After seeing the un-sauced chicken we asked for more sauce. “We will have to charge you”, after waiting 20 more minutes they brought back to more trays with around a 1/2 oz of sauce, which was cold. Then another 10 to bring the rest of our order that was left out.Rude drive thru attendants rude manager. In my opinion the worst fast food place in Wise County Virginia.

I gave 3 stars because we ordered and paid on the app and checked in on the app when we got there and we were forgotten about twice. We sat there for 30 minutes before I pressed the button to check on our order, they were really busy so I figured it was taking a few minutes and I arrived about 5 minutes early. After they brought the food out 10 minutes later I realized I had forgotten to order an extra meal for a guest and placed that order at the speaker. They were still a little busy so I expected to wait about 10 more minutes but when I had waited another 20 minutes I pressed the button and inquired about the order and they said it had already been sent out. I let them know that we did not receive it. After further investigation, they realized our order went to someone in the drive-thru fixed it, and brought the order out 10 minutes later. They were busy but losing orders and mixing up orders was ridiculous.
