Very Disappointing Experience
This was a very bad experience overall. The food was not cooked properly and was unsafe to eat. The chicken in the curry was undercooked, which is unacceptable and concerning. The gravy itself tasted raw and poorly prepared.
The tandoori roti was also not cooked well—it was doughy, hard in places, and clearly underdone. It did not feel fresh or properly baked.
Everything about the meal was disappointing, from taste to quality. For the price, I expected at least properly cooked food, but this was far below basic standards. I would not recommend this restaurant and will not be returning.

The food here is outstanding! I have tried more than half of the menu so far, and every dish I’ve had has been delicious and authentic. It truly is a hidden gem in the city. I especially recommend the tandoori chicken, mutton, and chicken biryani. The punugulu and mirchi bhaji are also must-try items!

Ordered takeout from this restaurant and absolutely loved it! The food was fresh, flavorful, and packed really well. I tried the Parathas, Biryanis, Mutton Ghee Roast, and Chicken Pakora — everything was delicious and full of authentic taste. If you get a chance to park nearby, I’d recommend enjoying the food right there in your car before it cools down — trust me, it’s so good you might end up ordering more! Definitely one of the best spots for Indian takeout.

The food tasted super fresh and full of real flavor, you can tell they care about the quality. Portions were really generous too, which was a nice surprise for the price. Everything we tried was delicious, especially punugulu and mirchi bajji. The staff were also really friendly and made the whole experience easy and welcoming.

Visited Desi Garden to grab a takeout & food was top-notch. I really liked the paneer rice bowl which is really tasty and filling. Punugulu with peanut chutney was the highlight of the menu. Also shadiwala chicken stood out with its delicious taste. I can say Desi garden takeout is definitely the best choice for authentic Indian food on the go!!

Ordered a few times and every time we were satisfied. Go for it if you want to eat a perfect desi style food with flavourful spices. Loved their Badam Milk, Schezwan Veg Fried Rice, Punugulu, Paneer Masakalai.
