how is this an acceptable amount of cream cheese on my bagel? $3 for thoughts and prayers seems more like it this seems to be the case for most tim horton locations when it comes to bagels and cream cheese – they are scared to put spread on!

I do not think that I will be coming back to this location. Not only did they not give me a receipt with my purchase. When I ordered an extra large coffee, the woman at the register did not fill it all the way up to the top. And when I asked her to, please fill it up to the top of the cup. She told me “it’s full”. Instead of arguing, I just took the coffee and left. If I pay for an extra large coffee, I expect that my cup is filled all the way to the top because if it’s not full, I might as well just be getting a large, but you’re charging me extra money. Not pleased. I included a picture in my review of the coffee that was poured before taking a drink. Not only that they hand you your baked goods in wrappers without a bag, no napkins and covered with butter and other stuff on the outside so it’s all over your hands, clothes, car, etc. Terrible

Honestly, food tasted fine, but they gave me the wrong things and were missing things. Didn’t find out until I got home to eat it, which is on me a little as I should have checked the bag before leaving. It’s just frustrating as this has happened more than once at this location.

by far the best tim hortons location i’ve been to in a while. i stopped going for a long time cause i had several poor experiences, but everything was great this time around. my coffee and wrap was hot and delicious, and i didn’t have any issue with my order being correct. the staff was also nice and speedy with their service, so i got in and out. if you’re looking for coffee in the area, i recommend this tim hortons!

I’ve been here multiple times and it’s always been barely acceptable but this time it was far to poor of service in total. The woman taking my order was very short but was understandable due to line developing. We got to front watched her taking orders, grabbing our items, taking payment, and trying very hard…until a staff member from outside walked in front of window we were waiting at rudely to yell at her and rush things along seemingly, as well as told us to pull around. Highly unprofessional and inappropriate actions but the icing on the cake was our order was in complete shambles and just terrible! Tighten up people!

I come a distance just to get my coffee and chicken sandwich. D is always so professional and efficient. I have no complaints at all. Everything is always fresh and tasty. He even made sure that my experience was better than another location due to the fact they made my order disgusting. I recommend coming here. I am very happy. It’s worth the drive and time. The morning crew is the best. They are a team.
