I waited almost 40 minutes for my food and when he finally brought it to to me, it was cold. The sandwich was cold and the fries was hard and cold. The guy that waited on us was nice and friendly but that’s all. I will not come back for cold food. UPDATE: Gave me a gift card to make up for and gave it a second chance. This time food is hot and tasty. Thank you for making up for last time

Came in the other day and had a great experience. The owner went above and beyond, and you don’t see that much anymore. He’s a genuinely kind person and it shows in how he runs the place.

So good! It was my husband and my first time here and we’re not disappointed. We got a little spread so we could try everything. Our favorite was the buffalo wings, the mozzarella sticks and the Mac n cheese bites. Customer service was great. The 2 guys were really friends and brought our food out to us as it was cooked so everything was hot and fresh. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Just remembered to leave, review. It’s 8am and I shouldn’t go, lol. Energetic 4yr old son and I went on the 16th. The guy working, I believe it was the owner, was very hospitable especially to my wild little one (has exactly the amount of energy you’re thinking, lol). Food was tasty as usual. Guy was very helpful and convinced me that I needed to add mac and cheese bites…Delicious! Every time I’ve gone food has been delicious. Cheese fries, banging.

Used to love this place but since when did they switch the bread they use for sandwiches. I get food from both the Loveland locations and the fort collins location and they are different. By far recommend the fort collins location at the Loveland the bread is worse.

My husband picked it for cheat night and honestly it didn’t disappoint. My husband ordered the fat shack and said it was the best BBQ sandwich EVER it was 2 meals in one with appetizers included on it.. I had their wings and loved it. My son ate the burger and devoured it.. then we topped it off with fried Oreos and shakes.. definitely a great place for a cheat meal. Wouldn’t recommend taking anyone that’s on a health kick or into light eating because this place definitely lives up to the name.

Stopped by Fat Shack in Loveland on Eisenhower and walked out impressed. The owner was not just present, but genuinely welcoming — the kind of friendly, hands-on service you rarely get anymore. Outgoing, upbeat, and made the whole experience feel personal. The food? Outstanding. Hot, flavorful, and exactly what you want from a spot like this. Highly recommend it. I haven’t had this level of service from an owner in a long time. Worth the visit — I’ll be back.

So my friend ordered me food from here, because he’s a sweetie and I was hungry and unable to leave the house. When he ordered it he accidentally ordered it for pick up and not delivery. So he cancelled the pick up order and replaced the order for delivery the workers decided to leave me a note on the order that wasn’t very professional if you ask me (especially with the horrible drawing of the middle finger) Safe to say that I would never do this to any customer considering I’ve been in customer service for a long time. Thank you for being rude. I know that I wouldn’t recommend this location.
