Stopped in to grab a bite before my kid’s basketball tournament. Workers snuffling and wiping their noses while making food. Rotten lettuce on display. Took a bite out of my rotisserie chicken and it was squeaky and translucent. Showed it to the workers and was met with “It’s can’t be uncooked, it comes precooked.”. Yeah, well I don’t care who didn’t cook it. Shiny, rubbery, squeaky translucent chicken means one thing. Not a single offer to refund the sandwich I took ONE bite out of. Black hair snuffly employee argued with me and ran into the back. Red haired employee sat there on the phone and ignored me. Took my family and left immediately. Including my 7 year old daughter.

Don’t eat here unless you want to get some salmonella or maybe a little e coli served up by sick employees who just don’t care.

I put in an online order, was accused of not paying when it clearly stated on the receipt the total and card charged. I then get all the way home to find that it’s not even the correct sandwich or chips, I had to even exchange the drink prior to leaving the store initially. I’m 8 months pregnant currently and your employee put a condiment on a sandwich that I can’t currently have or will get sick. Screams lawsuit to me

Whoever the manager is needs to find employees who can actually understand the orders coming in. It was very clear after returning to the store for my order to be remade that the individual did not understand English very well or even much at all. I gave her the sandwich that was wrong and she attempted to argue with me that it was what was put down on the receipt and I had to walk her through my entire order when she had the receipt in her hand. Very disappointing in a nice smaller town like Bellevue that we have a business running like this, with very rude employees.

Please don’t waste your time coming here and it’s not worth the hassle.

Burnt sand which to crisp and customer service was not ideal…. Talking about flipping off others customers in front of customers. Also was not clean. Not the best

Staff was very unpleasant, but I should have not been shocked by that as she had anger bedazzled on her butt. Then had them arguing with another customer. Customers order didn’t show in their online ordering system even though she had a receipt. 0 customer service skills.

HORRIBLE experience! No tomatoes, lettuce was brown and when we mentioned (as it was being put on my sandwich) the employee got very rude! She complained about being forced to work alone an entire evening and having to deal with customers such as myself that can’t be pleased.

New to the area and this is the 3rd chance we gave this subway shop. The vegetables are always, ALWAYS rotten. The bread is hard. This time I asked for my normal dressing of Mayo and sweet onion and I got sweet onion and teriyaki. Apparently subway changed the dressing and told the employees.. but the employees don’t tell the customers. We had TWO wasted sandwiches once again. The employee DID say she was “sorry” and she tries to tell most customers about the change lol. We will be going back to Casey’s subs once again!

Left didn’t order why? Young girl preparing sandwiches no mask!!! Covid19 so you mark off 6 ft can’t order fountain drinks but she can breathe all over my food knowing especially youth can be a symptomatic. N o T h a n ks! We have compromised immune symptoms. Tried to call it in earlier they were rude because of bad connection. Glad I had a bad connection when I saw no mask preparations. have some kindness ok ?

My kids love to eat here and watch the Mississippi River. It’s right on on the lock and dam and you can watch the barges. Clean eating place with nice staff.
