We went in on 7/31/25 we had Miss Harmon H. She was such an awesome person to talk to. Full of information, had fast and friendly serivce. And the Ice cream was perfect. Very cute and Quiet Restaurant, you can have Ice cream or get a iced or hot coffee or get you your favorite Adult drink. Or get some hot food. Prices are fair in my opinion. Cute place to take the kiddos. You can enjoy seating inside or outside. Very relaxing Atmosphere.

We were visiting from out of town and stumbled upon this lovely soda shop. Amber was our server and she was phenomenal. She was very outgoing and courteous. She gave us recommendations of where to visit and what was worth. This was very helpful since we were only in town for 36 hours. The food was excellent. I do highly recommend this place.

Had high hopes, but maybe my expectations were too high. We ordered, floats, a latte, beignets, pancakes&bacon, BLT, chicken tenders w/gravy and a burger. Who messes up a Beignet in South Louisiana? They do… tasted like it was fried with seafood and in our opinion, not edible. Floats were good, but hardly worth $8. My hazelnut latte, that I was up-charged $1 for flavor, had no hazelnut taste at all. The pancakes and bacon arrived, for my child, after everyone was completely finished eating. The chicken with gravy wasn’t great either. The only thing that seemed to be worth anything was the burger and BLT, which we ended up sharing with our kids. Server wasn’t attentive. For $90+ at Brunch, we won’t be returning.

Could not tell you how the food was because we didn’t get to try it. Walked in and several tables were open. Told we couldn’t be at a table because it was just two people-just my toddler and I and they only had tables for 4. I asked why I couldn’t be at a table for four and she told me because I only have two. Told we could sit at the bar or a high top. Attempted to sit at the bar but was very unsafe for my toddler. Waited about 5 minutes for service, made eye contact several times to the ladies behind the counter (chatting and laughing to eat other). Then left. Went to flats right next door. Totally different experience at Flats and the food was awesome. Let us sit at a 4 person table too.

We made reservations for Sunday jazz brunch in December. The food was amazing and it was probably one of the nicest espresso martinis I’ve had around town. It’s definitely a smaller place but filled up quickly. I think they may have been under staffed for servers because there seemed to only be one server taking care of all the tables while the others ran food. However they were excellent! They worked efficiently and were very friendly and welcoming.

Where do I even start? The beignets were absolutely amazing—we kept ordering more because we couldn’t stop Our server, Amber, was so sweet and got genuinely excited watching us take our first bites, which made the experience even better. She radiated such positive energy, and I left feeling so happy. The music was great too. A must-visit spot in Lafayette!!!
