We ordered the pizza at 4:40 and when we pulled in at 5:06, they were barely making our pizza, and we didn’t leave with our pizza until 5:30. I have to say this was the worst domino’s experience I have ever had. I do not recommend this location.

Out of the 8 years I’ve been ordering from Domino‘s they managed to progressively get worse each time. I can’t remember the last time I actually had to pay for a pizza because every the manage to screw something up. This time I ordered a Large 1/2 cheese 1/2 extra pepperoni. The crust was hard as a rock and the pizza was a medium. Barely edible. Their fix is another free pizza instead of fixing the issues overall. I will no longer be purchasing from this Dominos at all. They take absolutely no pride.

Absolutely the worst. Always screws up the order or you can’t order online because the system is always down and they won’t honor the online price. They shut down the best pizza place around because of their lower prices and then now can’t take orders. This place needs to be shut down and bring back pizza pit stop

Walked into Domino’s today Aug 29, 2025 at 11:30 am to place an order for the hubby and ask if they can make my pizza a special way. They were so wonderful and understanding and willing to help. The manager that worked today was so great. I appreciated him and all they did for me. Not to mention the pizza was delicious. Thank you

Ordered an XL pepperoni pizza and when it was delivered, the pizza was so greasey it soaked through to bottom of the box. Also, the toppings of the pizza slid off as the delivery driver was driving. I called to let them know the issue and they were gracious enough to delivery another one. However, the second pizza was just as greasey as the first. We will not be ordering from them again.

I’m done with this place. We ordered a couple of pizzas from the Dominos in Bennett. One of them being a Buffalo Chicken pizza. When we opened the box after delivery, the bare pizza is what we found. No Buffalo sauce whatsoever. None under the cheese or toppings and none on top. So we called and asked for a replacement pizza. Would kind of like to eat what we paid for, ya know? The manager gets on the phone and I explain to her the issue. Instantly she was very agreeable and friendly and offers to send out a new pizza. We were very happy for a quick easy resolution. The second pizza comes, and is swimming in buffalo sauce (as you can see). I don’t know who thought it would be funny or was feeling particularly spiteful, but this is clearly not the way the pizza was intended to be made. So, from here on out we won’t be ordering from this establishment anymore.

I’ve never had so many different problems with one dominos. I ordered a cookie cake from there one time and it was not fresh and pieces of different cookie cakes. And was cold. Today I ordered three sauces and I didn’t get any of them. I don’t understand why I’ve had so many issues with this one dominos. Not completing orders food not being fresh I just don’t understand cause every time is something different.

Worst service ever. Ordered way ahead of time for pickup. After a wait, online said it was being prepped @ 7:09 pm. Nothing until 7:30 pm said it was going into the oven. What? When my son got there to pick up, not one person acknowledged him. He had to wait for someone to come to the counter. This was around an hour from when I ordered. Sad, not sad that this will be the LAST TIME ordering from this store.
