The people are fine, they had just opened up a new location to take some pressure off this busy location, but, they closed it. Leaving your order times around 45 minutes. You heard that right, 45 minutes for Starbucks coffee on the regular.

I’ve been a regular here and haven’t had issues until last night. My daughter asked for a cup of water, but they told her she needed to buy something first. I had just spent nearly $40 on drinks a few hours earlier. When I asked about the situation, the staff was rude and said this would be the last time we could get water without purchasing something first.

Starbucks restrooms haven’t been the same, ever since the new policy was implemented in 2018 only for U.S. based Starbucks. This Starbucks isn’t the exception. Lately I’ve noticed an upscale of dirtiness, inside of this particular Starbucks restrooms. I’m constantly having to watch my step in fears of dirtying my Uggs with whatever is on the floor. Just be warned and take precautions when going inside the restrooms.

I come to this location rather frequently and never had any issues until recently. The past few times I’ve gone a barista, Cassandra, has been very rude. I understand the stress of having drinks piled up as I work at a Starbucks drive location… but that doesn’t mean to take it out on customers. If you can’t handle the stress of multitasking, it’s probably not the right job for you.

No one acknowledged me when I stood in the pick up line. There was no attendant there and I had no idea that I was supposed to wait for somebody to come over…it wasn’t busy. I went and grabbed my order and was scolded for not waiting. Sorry, but the whole point of pre-ordering is to avoid the wait and avoid close contact! And the got my order wrong; my drink was iced and I ordered a hot drink.

we always have trouble in this location. I don’t want to be rude but most of the staff is very slow and they tend to prioritise their mobile orders over customers in the store. Waited literally 15 minutes for one drink wasn’t even busy smh will definitely be going to a different well managed place

Coffee tastes like dishwasher. Could not find sugar or napkins. Could not get the attention of the wait staff all in all it was a dismal. The manager really needs to take control of her staff. I may be old fashioned I spent $20 for two coffees and two pieces of pastry and I really got nothing.
