Pool Burger is a burger trailer and tiki bar located right above Deep Eddy Pool and below the Cabaret. Pool Burger’s 1968 Airstream serves griddled all-natural, hormone-and-antibiotic-free wagyu beef on homemade buns. The island-vibe yard and decor are inspired by the group’s favorite beachside hangouts. The full-bar features classic tiki cocktails including a traditional Mai Tai, a frozen Hurricane, and a mezcal Depth Charge. Simple selections of draft and can beer and Rosé are also available.

I was on a bike ride in my head hungry and I needed to use the bathroom. Deep eddy pool denied me I thought why not I could eat a burger. I sat at the bar got good service, I ordered The Loyal Forever which is a double. Before stopping at Pool Burger I felt really tired and I felt like blocking the guy I’ve been talking to and now I don’t anymore! Thanks Pool Burger.

My family has been wanting to try Pool Burger due to the hype for a while. We finally got to try Pool Burger and actually really liked the environment, food, and service. Great location next to the Deep Eddy Pool. The actually outdoor space reminds you of a Mediterranean styled terrace. Food comes out relatively fast. I had the cheese burger with fried onions very simple but very good. Their pineapple juice is also very good. Cute bar area. The patties are a thin patty style. Definitely would visit again.

Charlie and Jack gave 10/10 service. I admittedly came close to closing time and the guys immediately got to work to give the best experience possible. My food and drinks came out super quickly and it was the best burger I’ve ever had! Will be returning again to get this outstanding service.
