Kid at the window was directly talking badly about every customer to their face. The person in line behind me asked if they could sub a burrito for a taco, and his reply was “absolutely not!” As if the question ruined his entire weekend. I get up to the window and ask if I can use tap to pay, to which he scoffs and says “I guess?” I told him I would rather give him my card than ruin his entire night. He decided to reply to that statement by saying “well whooptidoo.” Fire him or lose all your business, and I say that with absolute certainty. Nobody has the want or need to put up with a brat of a teenager who’s getting paid to do nothing productive.

Wow! Had never been to Taco John’s. Was on vacation and saw them everywhere. Decided to give it a try and was not disappointed. Wish we had one where we live!

normally good but seems they always miss the small things like my sour cream or if the taco that comes with the #8 meal. still good but you really need to be sure you’re got what you actually ordered before you leave which is sad even when they are slow and you’re the only one there

Ordered online for in restaurant pickup by 11:45. Order did not register at restaurant until 11:40. Ordered: 1 crunchy taco, 2 potato oles , 2 combo burritos (no changes) and one bean burrito with light onion. Received 3 bean burritos heavy on the onion. Crunchy taco was packed flat on top of the burritos and under the potatoes, so it was crushed. It’s very frustrating to place an order, pay for it, and receive the incorrect items. If I had entered the order wrong, that’s on me, but i didn’t.

The area was horrible. Restaurant needs to be updated and staff replace. This was my 2nd time eating at Taco John’s never will I go to this one again. Food wasn’t pleasant.

Ordered online got 2 taco salads for 20 bucks extra meat and added guacamole on both didnt receive it on it was 5 dollars extra for not getting it on both why order it dont get it nothing will be done isnt the first time said wasnt going order taco salads anymore this that exact reason just not ordering anything else there
