First time we came here just me and my husband. It was a cute cozy place, I loved the decor inside, the service was great, the food was really good, my husband wanted steak, but unfortunately they were all out, not crowded at all, something I like very much especially during lunch hours. Had lunch and tried their small buffet of BBQ pork sandwich and hamburger steak. Very good. My girlfriend had the BLT and said it was the best she had had in a while! Thick curly fries were good too. Only problem with atmosphere was the flies – that time of year in Nebraska.

Our waitress Hannah, Amazing. This was our first time in western Nebraska. She was so kind and polite to my wife and children. She was very professional and seemed to love her job. The bunkhouse burger and patty melt were amazing . We would drive 6 hrs for this level of service.

I loved this place! I come every year to South Dakota and specifically to Rushville and have never tried this place until this year. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast and tried to come back on a Sunday but they were closed. I recommend this place to anybody traveling in this area. Rachel is full of wonderful nice friendly people.
