I placed an order on the app and as soon as I placed it, I noticed that I had placed it at the wrong location. I called to cancel order and I called about 10 times and they never picked up. I ended up driving 40 min to pick up the food. The girl helping with pick up orders gave poor customer service, to top it off I order the bigger plate and portions were very small. Very disappointed.

I ordered delivery for the 3 entry plate and got 3 large broccoli pieces and a tiny scrabble of beef. Broccoli filled the entire container and no beef for the beef entry!

Will never do business with this location again. I called for a receipt for my transaction and the girl hung up on me 5 times when I started to explain what I needed. I repeatedly called back and she stopped answering the phone. I drove to the location to get a copy and the manager on shift (who I am pretty sure is the girl who hung up on me based on her voice) tried to say she could not provide a receipt. I explained to her how to obtain the receipt based on transaction date and amount, then she walked away for 15 minutes to call someone on the same phone that “does not work” and was able to provide my receipt. She just cost her General Manager our future business orders. I will never do business with this location again. Terrible customer service, attitude from the manager on shift and apparently OK with hanging up on customers.

I haven’t had issues with this location. Every now and then, you will have to wait for them to replenish the food, which doesn’t bother me because it’s fresh. I never eat at the there, always choosing to take it with me. The portion sizes are always consistent. I have downloaded their app, but I I normally forget to use it. Overall, it’s a great place for a quick fix when you have a craving for Chinese food

I get that Panda Express isn’t a special place with special food, but it should at least be cooked properly. We got 3 bowls, and the fried rice had rice that was crunchy, and not even cooked all the way through. Pictured is all the broccoli in the “brocoli beef” entree which only had about 4 small pieces of beef in it! The brocolli was also yellow and overall the food was NOT worth it for a ridiculous price of $29. Employees are so busy that you need to wait until you get attention, and customer service was not the greatest. I do not recommend here unless you want to waste your money. This location should learn how to cook their food properly, I would have dismissed the service. Go to another place around here

Arrived today around 1 and there still wasn’t really any food ready. Orange chicken was about 5 minutes of waiting not many options yet. I will say the chow mein probably tasted better than I’ve ever had but everything else wasn’t good. Make matters worse the person taking orders really couldn’t understand or speak English. I was waiting for Orange chicken and saw she rang me up for double orange so I said only 1 orange, 1 Beijing, and 1 grilled. I got two grilled and a Beijing :/ the line had gotten long I just said forget it. I have like 3 of these close by I’ll try the other ones before returning. Parking and the area is crazy congested too!

We order orange chicken and rice plates, at Thomas and dysart. The orange super salty, and burned l, the rice was awful did not taste like anything, bad quality and bad taste. What happen to this place! Will never buy again wasted my money and time!

Third ladies that they service a food and don’t listen when you ask about what you want.
Fourth when I started to eat my rice was really bad.

Just walked into this location was craving some panda today first thing I noticed was the girl at the cashier counting money than she walks over to me to take my order not washing her hands with her fingers inside of the plate. That is nasty and someone can get sick stay away from this location. If that’s done in front of a customer imagine what we don’t see
