First of all, what a cozy little corner. There’s parking on site and a small table set up! The menu is pretty diverse, and the portions for what we got to eat is soo worth the price… not to mention the actual food!!! Finally found a traditional Mexican food truck with extra options for those who are adventurous…

Glad we came across this food truck during the work day. It was conveniently located and had a full menu with something for everybody. Honestly, the food was pretty pricey, but I would stop again.

Steak nachos. Very yummy. Hard to see under the lettuce but there was a great cheesy sauce and grilled steak bits under there. One order was enough for 2 to share, or a big meal if you are super hungry. 2 friendly guys running the truck. We’ll be back.

I didn’t want to post a review until I tried the burritos. I’ve been getting tacos here for awhile and they are great. But for some reason in MN, places that do great tacos do not do good burritos. Well, tonight I grabbed 2 of their burritos, and they are awesome. My son, who normally cannot finish a tiny Chipotle burrito, finished this one and it’s like twice the size. Highly recommend.

I’ve driven by too many times without stopping here and so glad that we finally did. We had the 3 taco combo, 2 chicken, and one pastor, along with a side of guac. The ingredients are very fresh and of high quality, presentation was excellent and everything tasted fantastic. Its clear the owners are passionate about their craft, and want the best for their customers. I’m already looking forward to my next visit to try other items on the menu!

Steak street tacos, delicious; steak quesadilla, delicious; chicken fajitas delicious. They forgot the added cilantro I asked for on quesadilla, but my sister’s tacos had plenty she shared with me, which I was craving. We enjoyed finding this little gem on our trip through, after stopping at a restaurant up the hill that was closed on Mondays. We made out pretty darn good, happy accident!

I hate to be the first non-5 star review here, because the food itself is amazing. Definitely the best Mexican food around and rivals El Saizon in terms of tacos.
The reason for 4/5 stars is because I have been going here on and off over the last 3 years and unfortunately the portion size of the burrito has gone down. I previously left a 5 star review a few years back saying the burrito was two meals for me. Now, the size is a comfortable single meal. It also no longer comes with a side of chips.
Still amazing quality, taste, atmosphere, etc. and I will most likely be back. It just doesn’t compare to a few years back prior to the rebrand.
