It took me an entire hour to get my food delivered. It told me it would be about 30 minutes. Nope! An entire hour! I called halfway through my hour-long wait and asked when my ONE medium Hawaiian pizza and TWO orders of breadsticks would be here and they said they were just waiting for a driver. Considering that I only live 9 minutes from the store that means my food sat for a good 20 minutes. It tastes alright but the crust is definitely hard and kind of cold. Don’t go here if you want fast service and definitely don’t get delivery through them! I understand that you have to give time for pizzas and the time to drive to the house – but this was an extra 30 minutes wait!! Next time tell me that in an email in the first place or something cause I’ll come pick up my food instead of letting it sit in the warmer!!

Ordered a taco pizza the sour cream and mild sauce were in the box in the warmer for 10 minutes before got there. When traveled home. The sour cream was so warm u didn’t want to eat it. The person in charge was not real Friendly. Also was not busy but had to wait at counter to be cashed out. Store looked semi clean.

The only part of our order that wasn’t messed up. Ordered two ham and cheese wings and cheese bread. Wings come out within 10min, didn’t get sandwiches until 30min later then they were both cold, one sandwich made completely wrong. Had to wait an additional 20 min until we ate in front of our son. We won’t be back- stay away from Pine Valley Pizza Hut it’s just not worth the wait.

Fast and friendly service. Food is always hot and fresh and the employees are helpful when answering questions. I go here a couple times a month and have never had an issue. Carry our or delivery. Very small awkward dining room.

You get what you expect at Pizza Hut. It’s not bad, although it’s not as good as it once was. I had a hankering for Chicken Alfredo, and I was slightly disappointed. The chicken tastes ultra-processed, which is a problem industry wide, but the pasta had no “meat” to it. The sauce was a little runny. It was almost like having a soup instead of having a pasta meal. It tasted alright. For less than $10 I’m not going to fuss, but it does make you yearn for the days when Pizza Hut was a real treat.
