I Order from HH from time to time. Hardly ever have issues with them. Pizza is always fresh and delicious. My order was wrong not once but twice this time I order from them. I explained my concerns to Marlin the manager and he provided great customer service! He’s patient, understanding and hands on. He personally made my pizza and had a new (and correct one) sent out within minutes. Thank you so much Marlin. Keep being great

The delivery girl was polite and amazing, only reason service was given a 3. But my food was not up to par. Then when I called about there being bugs in my food their response was “well we’re having problems with bugs because we’re surrounded by water”
Which I could understand if they’re by the lake but they’re not. They’re by the freeway if anything. I ordered a pizza for my kids and a salad & had it delivered as I’m a single stay at home, work from home mom.
When I called to complain and ask for a refund of my salad I was asked if I could bring back the salad for a full refund. But again I work from home hence I ordered for delivery. So they offered to pick it up and call me once the salad was received by them for my refund. It’s been almost 2 days. NOBODY has given me a call back & I have nooo idea about the status of my refund. If I’m even receiving one at this point. I also paid for the delivery fee and tipped very well all to wait on a refund just for my salad. I will NOT being going back or ordering from this Pizza place again. I do not recommend as long as they have this big issue going on. My photos do show a blue bowl but I had served myself a portion of the salad as I don’t eat the whole thing in one serving. I am not pleased with the way the manager has treated this situation or the response I got about the bugs. If you’re having issues with bugs you’d think the food would be covered &/or served better. At least get bug zappers for the areas affected with the bugs.

I order from this location quite often. Each time I’ve ordered, my order shows up correct, hot, and fresh. The delivery drivers have always been extremely nice as well. This location, by far, is my favorite location. I appreciate that this team takes their time to make sure the orders are correct. Thank you Hungry Howies N Socrum Loop Rd!

Asked for my wings to be cooked well done and they were not.. and if you ask me they were not cooked throughly at all. Pizza was supposed to be well done as well but looked as if it was missing cheese. Specifically called and asked for those things but yet I received bad food. I hate this location. I’m done with hungry howies all together.

Usually my fiance and i’s go to for pizza. We ordered around 8 pm, hadn’t heard anything by 9 pm and started to wonder. Tracker said “completed” but … no pizza. Called, the driver said they knocked (i can believe this, we were gaming) and called (not a single phone call was received). They asked if we wanted it re-delivered (yeah, we paid for it). 9:45 comes around, so i called again. Was told that “it was on its way”. By 10:10, I call again (no pizza still), guy told us that it would be arriving any second now, the delivery is heading to ours, and that the first delivery took longer than anticipated. 10:25…. no pizza. Just got a refund. But, why are we sitting here waiting 2.5 hrs for pizza? When it’s right up the road? No explanation for what happened, we ordered here all the time but if this is how it’ll be from now on, I’d avoid it.

This relates to when you call to order and it goes to a call service. Evertime you call.the call service and not the store they will try to rip you off. I have called multiple times. I called for 2 cheese pizzas normally 8.99. They were trying to charge me 16 per pie. My total for 2 pies was $32! I complain and they say,”ooohhh sorry” I will give you the “discount” when 8.99 is the standard. I don’t get it. It’s not a good look for the company.
