Before I walked in I checked the online menu and almost everything was “not available” online. I was disappointed and confused because i was literally sitting in the parking lot. I walked in and had not gotten to the counter when the young lady welcomed me with a smile and greeting. She immediately asked if I would be dining in or taking my order to go. I was undecided and told her as much. I ordered and I went to fill my cup with tea. When i returned to get my food the cashier was waiting at the corner with a in-house tray. I guess that meant that someone had decided that I was definitely eating in. I chose a table…. they were all clean but the one i had opted for definitely had unforseen leveling issues. I had ordered the roasted Turkey Bacon Ranch combo with Curly fries and a Apple Turnover for dessert. The sandwich was perfect…. well made and delicious. The curly fries were not hot but vaguely warm and featured a lot of small semi hard pieces that maybe singled that I had received what was left at the bottom of the barrel. The turnover was undercooked and the pastry was very light and slightly unappealing and tasted dough-y. The filling and bottom of the desert was hot and tasted okay but would have been great if the product had been cooked thoroughly. The tea was sweet and very good. I’ll eat here again but only for a sandwich and the sweet tea and I’ll be taking it to go.

You know, this place start delivers an experience, not fast food. This place needs it immediately. The Sandwich is horrible. It tastes rotten and cold, and the smell is not pleasant. I work in the food industry, and it’s totally possible to deliver what the picture shows. When do we become accustomed to paying for bad food? I am sorry Arby’s not anymore in my life go to 7-eleven hotdog you will be better served and satisfied.

Have ate here for years but there must be new managers or staff as there has been a major change in food quality. Paid around $15 for a combo for lunch just to have to go home and microwave a cold and hard sandwich. Will not be eating from here anytime soon unless there’s a change, will take my business to Burger King for fast food in Mullins.

I spent $16 and it was the WORST Arby’s food I have ever eaten. The bottom bun on my sandwich was hard as a rock! The cook HAD to know that bun was NOT worth serving, but he/she sent it out to a customer anyway! The fries and no flavor and the Cherry turn over was cold and the filling tasted like it was served straight from a can! I drive through this town many times on my way to visit friends. This town is the only place I can buy food before reaching my destination. I will NEVER return to this restaurant as this is the second time I have wasted my money on inedible food. Do NOT eat at this restaurant!

***I have changed my mind about this restaurant for one reason only – after my review, the manager reached out to me bc of my experience. I appreciate that he took the time to check on an unsatisfied customer. My original review was a 1 star. I did increase it to 3 stars bc of his effort. However, I cannot score the experience any higher due to the food quality.

They brought back the big fish sandwiches. Horrible, not even close to how good they used to be. I had to throw it away…it was that bad. Fish was tiny and dry. DO BETTER ARBY’S!
