I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered online it said 15 minutes. Waited the 15 then waited almost another half hour at the pickup window. Got home opened the pizzas and one was completely the wrong pizza. I called manager never even got on the phone to straighten it out. They said they’re making a new one and delivering and at this point it’s been 45 minutes and counting waiting on this pizza we ordered two hours ago. I guess it’s dominos from now on because we have never had any problems there. I know things happen but this is ridiculous.

I’ve had nothing but positive experiences here for 15+ years. Recently have had excellent customer service ordering on the app and having to call in to correct issues with certain flavors not available on deals. They fix the issue every time without question. I take my family inside to dine and they treat us with amazing service time and time again. Ps. ~ Thank you for the books my kids love them!

Paying 20$ for a medium pizza, for it to show up with absolutely no sauce and burnt crust !?! My girlfriend and I couldn’t even make it through one slice! When you are basically the only option around here late at night, I’d expect you all to take pride in that and provide good food!!! At least edible!!

If paying for delivery service and leaving a tip, your food should be delivered immediately especially when delivery point is just across the highway at hotel less than a half mile… I tracked my order and noticed after they left PH, they stopped at McDonald’s to pick up another order apparently.
How do you eat pasta?? without utensils, luckily the hotel was nice enough to give me one!!! PH NICE WAY TO CUT CORNERS!!
There’s more I want to say, but I’ll leave it at that.

Ate the lunch buffet. Pizza was good, and they had a good selection of food, like Mac and Cheese and Mac lasagna type stuff. It also comes with a full salad bar. Also desert pizza strudel type things. The only thing in was majorly disappointed in was the lack soft serve Ice cream machine, which is found with most pizza hut buffets. Service was fine and even though she spilt the drinks, she was very apologetic.

Absolutely Amazing. So impressed with the level of service and friendly faces. My Meaty PZone was Awesome .. French Fries were good also. Hubby said the Meaty Marinara Pasta was the best he had ever had from a pizza hut. Extra Saucy and flavorful. Cheesesticks were definitely awesome too.
