I had recently taken a trip to sbarro in New Towne mall just in the past few weeks, and I would just like to express my disdain for how the manager treated this poor kid! I walked to get my food, and the kid (i believe he was new) was struggling with something when it came to the cooker the pizza goes into. The manager screamed at him, asking why he couldnt do anything right!!! Thats horrible!!! Respectfully, how could a manager treat someone so poorly?? And I think what made it even worse was that it was the general manager (per her name tag) who was bullying this poor kid! I’m not sure if this company just doesn’t care about who they hire as managers, but this manager needs to be fired! And she had poor customer service, giving me dirty looks when I couldn’t hear what she said. Honestly I’m not sure what goes on inside Sbarro at New Towne mall, but I feel bad for anyone who has to be apart of it.

Very rarely when I ask for my food to be cooked well done, does someone actually cook it longer than 5 minutes. This time everything was cooked to perfection and the food was outstanding!!

I tried my first Stromboli here. It was so delicious!!! Comes with free marinara sauce. I can’t wait to eat another one. The people who work here are hard working and always smiling. Amber, Taylor, McKenna are amazing people who represent Sbarro well!

Gag… Gag. They literally reheated it in front of me. I had sbarro in Columbus 2 days ago for the first time and I absolutely loved it. This was nothing the same. Absolute garbage. Floppy, thick crust, undercooked pepperoni. Absolutely disgusting. I see why Sbarro gets so much hate now.
