One of my favorite places to go for just about anything on their menu. Unfortunately I did not get all of my order at this location but a manger helped me get this situation fixed ASAP. Fresh, quality, fairly healthy food. The Fuji apple salad with chicken is one of the best salads anywhere. The half portion is an adequate size and the chicken is tasty. The dressing is very good and complements the salad. One plus of Panera is the easy modification if ordering through the kiosk. I substitute the Gorgonzola for fresh mozzarella at a slight up-charge and add spinach, olives, and cucumbers for free. The chicken and wild rice soup is also fantastic. It has a fresh, homemade taste. It is one of my favorite soups anywhere and I am generally not a cream based soup fan. The service can be poor to slow at times as the kiosks are not always operational and the promised food times are usually 5-10 minutes behind. The place is fairly clean and the staff putting out the orders is generally friendly and polite. This is one of the best and few healthy food options in Omaha.

Delivery order today. You pick two with a turkey cheddar sandwich and chicken rice soup. Also a small coffee with my sip club. No cheddar on the sandwich and the soup had zero flavor or texture. The rice almost seemed pureed. And the coffee was forgotten completely. Awful food and it cost over 15 dollars

If you ever plan to eat at Panera, I would suggest you go out of your way to dine at this location. Got an order for takeout. Didn’t realize until I got home that the sandwich was missing chicken. Headed back to the store just wanting to get a refund for the sandwich. The gentleman who had originally taken my order behind the counter not only gave me my money back, but had them make another sandwich for me at no charge. While I was waiting for the sandwich, he brought over a few cookies for me to take home to my family. That is the kind of Customer Service that builds a business. Thank you!!

Have had issues with this location lately. Staff are nice but I’m not sure what’s happening. Our sandwiches we ordered lacked ingredients like no egg and or had the thinnest layer of egg ever. Not worth almost $30 with coffee.

If you prepare food at Panera, do you think people aren’t going to look how the ingredients look in their sandwich? Please don’t add black avocado to a sandwich thinking that it’s out of sight out of mind. Would you have added black avocado to a salad? Will have trust issues with anything avocado.

I went to this location for lunch. I wanted a bowl of soup and open it and it’s not completely filled to the top and it’s all broth. Panera you have to do better. Geez. The quality of the food doesn’t match the cost. A bowl of soup is almost $10 and this doesn’t make sense when you don’t give an entire bowl of soup.
