I had a pretty good experience here and they where super fast and the workers were very friendly. In the first photo we got a tortellini dish and it the second photo the creamy cheddar Mac which was very good and cheesy and creamy the tortellini was odley salty but still good. The atmosphere was quite but still a little bit loud but was normL restaurant noise. The price was cheap and very reasonable.

I recently visited Noodles & Company, and I can’t say enough good things about it! I ordered the buttered noodles, and they were absolutely perfect—so buttery, rich, and comforting. Every bite felt like a warm hug. The noodles were cooked just right, with the perfect balance of flavor and texture. It’s such a simple dish, but they truly nailed it. The cozy atmosphere and friendly service only made the experience better. I’ll definitely be back to enjoy it all over again. Highly recommend!

The service is very good. The Japanese Pan noodles without any egg or meat was very tasty. The quantity and the quality was excellent. It was my first visit to this food chain and it was worth a visit. It was worth ordering the food. The cashiers were friendly.

The garbages were overflowing on to the floor, dishes piled up so they’d be falling over to the floor if many more had been stacked! A long rug was rolled up very poorly, and just thrown in a corner…in the seating area, not even in the back! Major major tripping hazard!!!! The Recycle and Trash were both so overflowed, they began to comingle their contents.
Could have been really bad, but it was more mild as opposed to other restaurants’ dining areas I’ve seen over the years. The food was as is to be expected. Service was good, friendly and helpful.

So what do you look for when you go to a chained restaurant like Noodles and Company? Consistency, cleanliness and friendly staff. You can find all of that here! Our food was consistent with what N&C’s flavor should be and what we’ve had before, the tables were clean and so were the soda/condiment area, as well as the bathrooms. Finally, the staff were very friendly and attentive to us ordering. A very nice corner spot location and I will be making this a go to location if we’re needing some noodles!

My son and I were just there and we received the wrong order. I went back to get the right meal for my son. They all treated me with dignity and respect. I could have looked at the order before I left and I was being a quick mom and just left. They gave us a larger portion of the meal and a coupon for next time. We are all human and make mistakes. I appreciate the kindness from all of the staff. We will forever be noodles and company fans!

The food is great, always made with care and the noodles are always cooked to the correct consistency. The employees though? Absolutely atrocious and have zero customer service or care for the experience of the customer. The last two times I came in, it took several minutes for someone to get to me and my food took way too long. The last time I had ordered my food in person, I was standing at the counter for 5 whole minutes while two employees had a conversation and disregarded my existence. Not only that, they mixed my order up with another woman but had the correct orders on the receipts. Thankfully we both went back into the store and got our orders from each other.
The other time, I was given a free drink by who I can only assume was the manager due to the slow service. He was kinda and I appreciated the free cup for soda, but he needs to train his employees better and tell them to get it together. The location in New Berlin WI is also dirty and uncomfortable, the tables are always sticky with some child’s leftover food or spilled soda and there is no real layout to the interior.
Don’t even get me started on how long delivery takes. The food is always cold and ice had things missing several times.

I was pleasantly surprised at the comfortable interior of Noodles & CO in New Berlin, WI.
Not theallmetal interior of some fast foods places. Very tasty Japanese Udon noodle bowl. Only down side was our noodles were served to us in what looked like plastic ‘to go’ bowls.
