The employees were very friendly and efficient. A very large crowd came in after we got our ice cream and they jumped right in the getting everyone served as quickly as possible.
Place was neat and tidy until the 38 people who showed up right after us. Nice place to come with friends, family, or a date. If you come with a large group maybe call ahead.

I’m a regular customer here. I ordered the Coffee Lovers Only with brownie size M, but the almonds, Heath bar, and caramel were missing. I understand mistakes can happen, but it made me feel really disappointed.

We always get Coldstone ice cream cakes for our birthdays but this one was so disappointing when we cut into it. I get the fudge truffle decadence that they only do seasonally and it’s supposed to be red velvet cake and instead it was chocolate and it was just put together so sloppy with missing ice cream. I called in about it and the employee told me I have to bring in what is left of the cake and hopefully their manager will be awake when they call them to see if they will resolve the issue..? I’d love to speak to someone that can help us get the cake we actually purchased that is put together the way they are advertised please

I purchased a Love it in a waffle cone, I found a piece of metal in the ice cream as I was eating it. I took a picture and called the store so I could warn them before someone else swallowed metal or broke a tooth. I had to leave a message and someone very quickly texted me and asked for pictures of the metal piece and thanked me for letting her know and suggested it may have come from the waffle iron. She offered a complimentary gift card for my inconvenience. I said that was not necessary , she insisted, and I accepted her offer. I felt like she would investigate the situation after her reassurance and kindness. I never heard back or received a gift card which made me concerned about her following through with the danger of having metal in their ice cream. I found it very alarming and want others to know this before eating ice cream at this location .

I ordered a cake batter shake, only to be told afterward that they were out of the cake mix in needed to make it. The employee asked me to pick a different mix‑in, but when I asked to switch to a different flavor entirely, I was told they couldn’t do that because the ice cream had already been scooped. If I had known from the start that my original order wasn’t possible, I would’ve chosen something else. It feels like a strange policy that ends up punishing the customer for an ingredient issue that isn’t their fault.

It is always busy when we go here, but the line moves fast and everyone is having a good time. This place has a very good vibe and the ice cream is delicious, especially Root Beer, one of the new flavors. We like it when new flavors are introduced. The employees are very nice. We love it when they sing a silly ice cream song after receiving a tip.

I was there tonight and oh boy the employee was sooo stingy, probably following instructions but seriously a pea size of extra ice cream won’t make a difference. The sample display had more ice cream than what we got…very disappointing for the $30+ of what we spent…don’t let the pictures fool you there was a lot of empty space underneath of what you can see!! It’s getting ridiculous and then half of the time you don’t even have supplies. Today out of Almond milk and the minion ice cream no sprinkles and then you dare to ask $4 as a minimum of tip amount?!?! Sorry kids nothing against you but against the greedy owners!!!

I have been to this location multiple times over the years, but I never gave it a review. Came in today at 5 PM and it was not very busy at all. Their sizes are very generous. I love that you can choose so many options to mix in with as it makes it very fun and there is a lot of variety to choose from to mix it in with. you could dream of the most unimaginable combo if you wanted to. Overall, I would recommend if you are looking for something to tailor your ice cream tastes to.
