Went through the drive thru and order a 24 steamer pack of CHEESE Krystal’s with extra pickles and no onions. They asked me to pull into a parking spot to wait no problem. I waited about 15 minutes and they brought them out to me and I left and drove home. I got home and the Krystal’s had no cheese, no extra pickles and some of them had onions. I’m very disappointed, I paid $41.41 and didn’t get what I ordered.

Very run down inside and out. Needs a lot of cleaning, especially in the bathrooms. It has been over 30 years since I was in an area that had Krystal burgers. I was thrilled to get to eat one again, but alas, they were nothing compared to what they used to be. While sitting there I watched an employee pickup 4 burgers that had been boxed and sitting on the counter and dump them out on the counter and proceed to heat them up. I wondered if they were going to be our order. I don’t think they were. However, after eating, they were not what they used to be. There was no taste at all. The French fries were too thick and not very good. The drinks were OK. I wondered if the other stores had gone down hill as much as this one. Any way, I didn’t want to take another chance.

I wish I could give a better rating but sadly we didn’t have a good experience. The person taking our order wasn’t friendly and I felt we were rushed to place our order. Then the first burger I pulled out had a bug on the bread. I hope things improve here.

Bought a sack of 12 burgers. Service was fast and the little sliders are on steamed buns served with pickle onion and mustard in their own little box. The restaurant could have been cleaner. The Coca Cola and Barq’s were out in the self service fountain dispenser. I would go back.

The wait for a stroll down memory lane ️ This was just like I had imagined it from years back! A little soggy on some of the bottom breads, but I’ll let that slide this time ☺️ Welcoming at the drive thru when ordering and at the window. Delicious sweet tea! Hot fresh fries!!!
