As someone who worked in the restaurant industry for many years, I don’t leave reviews often but this place truly deserves one.
The owner is a young guy who clearly cares about what he’s building. He was incredibly personable, attentive, and made the experience feel welcoming from start to finish. You can tell he takes pride in both the service and the food.
Everything was fresh and well made and the service was excellent without feeling rushed or forced. It’s always great to see someone pouring their heart into a local business and doing it right.
Wishing him continued success, definitely will be back!

We loved this place. The food was outstanding!!! The waitor/owner did an amazing job at keeping up with every table the whole time we were there. He was very friendly and never let our drinks run empty. He took time to make sure our food and experience was great. We will definitely eat there again when we pass through.

Star 34 is the absolute best! We drive about 40 minutes to get here because it is the best breakfast place around. There are so many wonderful breakfast options. Of course they have your basic breakfast choices, but also some specialty and unique breakfast options as well. Our kids absolutely love the fun pancake and waffle options, including oreo pancakes and Reese’s peanut butter with ice cream waffles! So yummy! Portions are plenty and the price is fair and right for the food received. And owner Larry is the best! Larry works hard to make customers feel welcome and at home, and also taken care of. He can be seen working in the kitchen and also waiting tables, and just making connections with his customers. Our last experience with Larry was way above and beyond, and so special, as he really make it a memorable experience with our kids! He goes above and beyond, and we return to this establishment in large part because of him as well! The atmosphere is quaint and homey, and always decorated cozy but also to the season/holiday as well. Again, the food is great and we highly recommend everyone come here, especially with family and friends.

Let’s start with the fact that Larry the owner is awesome! How can you go wrong choosing a restaurant where the customers’ needs are at the top of the reason why the business exists? Adorable and clean inside. These days value for money spent is at the top of everyone’s list. Food is fresh, delicious, original and made with care. Huge menu choices which includes large portions for a great price. Overall very warm, comfortable, inviting and a great value!

I cannot recommend this place enough. The food is absolutely delicious and a vast majority of their food is from scratch. Ordered the corned beef hash skillet last time we ate there and was asked if I minded having to wait a little because they make their corned beef hash from scratch. It was worth the wait with giant chunks of real corned beef and fresh potatoes. Tonight their dinner special was pot roast. It was so flavorful, tender and delicious and the portions are huge. We got it to go for our family and each container was overflowing with food. Every bite there was more pot roast hiding under the veggies and mashed potatoes. Great value for homemade delicious food. All the employees are so kind every time I walk in. Go support this locally owned restaurant. You will NOT be disappointed
