I ordered on line and picked up.
My order was ready on time and packed very well. Most of all a lady at the counter was so friendly, sweet and professional. I can’t wait to eat these good looking food with watching the play off game tonight!

I was happy to see them in Herndon and they started out good! But the quality of service and food is slowly dropping. I ordered my food over the phone and when I arrived he said he didn’t get the call, clearly he was not telling the truth! Even after I confirmed the phone number. This was my first rodeo. And then the chicken he sold was cold, old and dry with no flavor (hot honey) was sprinkled but bc they seemed to been sitting so long it didn’t stick, so insulting! Come on OWNER get the hired staff on board, the importance and how to stay in business in the US!

Ordered some chicken tenders online and came to pick them up. When I walked in there was an employee who had the prep bins on the ground and was dumping a bag of frozen chicken into the prep bins on the ground. A piece of frozen chicken fell out onto the floor and he picked it up and threw it back in the bin with the rest of the chicken. I called corporate to let them know and the person on the line didn’t really seem concerned and said someone would reach out to me within 72 hours to resolve my issue. Finally got the call from the general manager and he was very aggressive on the phone. Talking over me and raising his voice and said that the reason the employee would pick the chicken off the floor and put it back with the rest is because they have to account for every piece, as if food being on the floor was acceptable to just put back and basically was making an excuse for the employee. Then he asked me for the date and time so he could watch the cameras to see what actually happened, like corporate didn’t already communicate that to him. It’s been like 3 weeks and I haven’t heard back from him. I would recommend only eating at this location if you’re OK with your chicken touching the floor at any time it’s being handled. Or I guess any wingstop would do this since they have to “account” for the chicken. They also didn’t even offer to refund me for my meal after watching this happen.

The customer service went down. I went in the store to place an order and the young lady was so engrossed in her phone she didn’t notice me at the register. Even after she noticed her head was in her phone the whole time. Between typing my order in she was texting and even before I started punching in my pin she left the register to get on her phone. She’s not the normal young lady who works but they need to get a grip on her customer service.

Best Wingstop Location In The COUNTRY!!! Every time I order, my food is ready, fresh, and exactly how I ordered it! Each time the wings taste the same! And they remember my order!! The negative reviews gotta be bogus!

Order delivery through their website and was given a wrong item and a large ranch spilled all over the bag. When I called the store for support, the staff told me they could do nothing for me. I called twice and was hung up on twice. I asked for a refund since we did not receive what we paid for. She told me the only way was to drive there. Originally, she was implying the dasher made the mistakes and all she did was bag the order. The dasher was timely and nice. Management should retrain their staff if this is the level of customer service they provide. I didn’t catch her name but she worked on May 18 at 7:58pm.

I can say while the food quality was acceptable, I found it a bit overpriced for what it is. They offer a variety of wing flavors, and I admit they were delicious, but I’m not convinced it’s worth the cost ( about 16$ for a meal), you’re essentially paying a premium for a not-so-healthy part of the chicken, cooked in an equally unhealthy way.
One negative thing was the cleanliness. The kitchen utensils and pots seemed like they hadn’t been properly cleaned, which made me question the overall hygiene of the place. On top of that, their French fries were quite underwhelming. I much preferred their corn as a side option.
The counter staff was friendly and the dining area was clean with a few seats and tables available, but given the other issues, I’m not sure I’d be eager to return.

My husband and I both woke up from being dead asleep to go to the bathroom because we are currently experiencing food poisoning. This was our first time getting wing stop from this location, and the food was good, but this is painful.

Not sure why the reviews are so bad but I had a great experience. Ordered on uber eats pretty late on a Saturday around 10:30. Order arrived hot and fresh and nothing was missing. The bags were packed so well and it seemed whoever put my order together actually cared. I’ll be ordering again!
