Seriously? I order the buffalo ranch sandwich and bacon ranch fries and what I get was a buffalo ranch sandwich that was open in the box with the toppings stuck to the top, and when I say stuck… I mean I had to pry it off with a fork… Still didn’t get the fries, had someone else’s sandwich in my bag. It’s not that hard .. finally, when you confirm the order, maybe that’s the time to make it… Then you don’t have the mistakes mentioned above and can actually function like a business.
I’ve been to Charley’s all over the US and never had this incompetence.
Second thought, I should have known… Your rating isn’t great for this specific location… It should be a lot lower.
And no, I will not order from there/step in there again. Just do better.

Today we have visited Charleys Cheesesteaks . They have one of the best cheesesteak in town. ( I don’t understand why they have such a low rating, because our food was delicious and the service was excellent too).
Their cheesesteaks are always fresh and delicious, very flavorful and they use high quality ingredients. You can definitely taste the difference. Their Chicken California is amazing too. Whatever you order on the menu, you can not go wrong. All of their cheesesteaks are juicy and flavorful !
We have also had their chicken wings and milkshakes, very tasty .
The staff were friendly, very fast and helpful.
The restaurant is clean and inviting.
Overall: great customer service experience and delicious food .
We definitely highly recommend it to anyone who likes cheesesteaks!!!! This location is conveniently located inside the Walmart store.

This was my first time trying charley’s cheese steaks and i have to say my experience was horrible. A big white man who said his name was Kevin, served and cooked my philly steak meal with fries and i thought it was all fine until i got home and unboxed my meal to find short thick hairs in my sandwich and my cheese fries. the man had a hairnet on but nothing covering the scruffy beard he was parading around the store.

Don’t waste your time. Go somewhere else! I ordered a large fries for my son the manager dropped fresh ones am assuming because they were out. The was a worker filling Ranch cups. It was slow. I was the only person there. So while they were cooking I decided to order a ice cream cone on the kiosk. When the other work saw the order she turned and look at me with such and attitude and rolled her eyes. I asked the manager(who I was not aware was the manger at the time)who was she. If she the manager. She told me no she was. I proceeded to tell her she has a horrible attitude and her response was thats just her face!! Then the manager started giving me attitude and made it seem like I was the problem. I will never again spend money here and customer service is everything! If you want your business to thrive make sure you dont have people like this working at your establishment.

While shopping at this Walmart, I started working up quite a hunger after spending nearly 500 bucks on some clothes and shoes. Then I encountered two workers; a Brian and a Jasmine. Now I could be wrong because I’m writing this a day after I was there and I was very tired at the time. That’s besides the point, both of these employees not only helped me with My order so that I could hit my protein count for the day Brian also went above and beyond by providing me quality of service, allowing me to refill my beverage multiple times and only charging me a dollar each for it. To most that is an inconvenience to me that is a great deal for the delicious quality of the lemonade they serve. One of the servers Jasmine I believe is her name was very kind and helpful. I encountered her just as She got off her break. She greeted me with a smile, helpful attitude, truly a customer service mindset where she put my needs before her own. Definitely coming back and stopping to get a bite in my next shopping venture at Walmart.

I have to give a special shoutout to the cheese fries and bacon cheese fries – they were absolutely delicious! The melted cheese was top-notch. My son opted for the 9” bacon cheese Philly while I went for the 9” Philly cheesesteak. Although the size seemed a bit smaller than expected, the sandwiches were incredibly tasty and filling. I was particularly impressed by the fact that the cheesesteaks were not over-salted, a common issue at many places.
And let’s not forget about the sliced pickles – they were a standout side that added a burst of flavor to our meal. I’ve noticed that some others haven’t had the best experience here, but I have to say that my visit was better than expected. While I wouldn’t necessarily call it the best, it was definitely convincing. Give Charlie’s Wings and Cheesesteaks a try – you might be pleasantly surprised like I was.
