I would like to start with how polite
and attentive the employees were. I’ve been there twice now and the food is top notch. So far we have had pizza , halal bowl ,and Burger 10 out of 10. We are looking forward to trying their wings next visit, I am sure they are amazing! If you haven’t tried Smash Grub yet , you are missing out.

First off, the staff is awesome, super friendly, and absolutely take pride in their work. Its pure craftsmanship.
The food is almost a work of art. I opened the pizza box and it was breathtaking… the placement of the pepperoni and sausage looked as though they had been plotted and laid with precision. The cheese was the right… everything. From color, consistency, and the pull was like something from a commercial. Cut perfectly, and completely through. The sausge had great flavor, the pepperoni small and cupped, not super greasy it was great!
The cheesesteak was layered and cut with care. Not slopped on the roll carelessly. The roll was soft and supple yet retained enough rigidity to contain all of its toppings (Everything!).
The wings are fantastic, a nice crispy bite, with a juicy and flavorful meat. The hot honey old bay was a nice touch to the wings, with a delicious flavor profile.
The hand breaded (upon ordering) chicken tenders were also phenomenal, with their marinated strips cooked to perfection.
The fries are crinkle cut, (which are usually soggy by the time you eat them) are the right amount of crisp, and perfect for a sprinkle of old bay.
The Halal combination platter is executed very well, with a great balance of chicken, lamb, rice and veggies… don’t forget the white sauce!
And lastly, the smash burger.. the flavor was great, the presentation was terrific. I had Jay make it the way he likes his… it was fantastic! I highly recommend Smashgrub.
I genuinely appreciate the smaller menu with the focus strongly on quality over quantity…

Where I live, there isn’t much in terms of good quality food AND low prices. There has to be some caveat or compromise; good quality food and high pricing, bad quality food and low pricing, there’s never a middle ground or best of both worlds. But this place? Best of both worlds; good quality food AND great prices!
Now don’t get me wrong, demographically, I can see why their platters are milder than other places but, still flavorful especially when you have both the white and red sauce.
The only gripe I have is the rice they use has very little flavor, but again, demographics so it makes sense.
I’ve had their cheese steaks and they contain cooper cheese! An uncommon ingredient that usually belongs to Philly. Make sure to request extra hots for that extra flavor!
I’ve had their regular cheese burgers and smash burgers (smash burger was marvelous with the plethora of grilled and fried onions).
I had to pleasure to speak to the owner there (forgot his name), but a young man who’s considerate and goes out of his way to take care of his patrons.
If you’re in the area, I highly recommend their smash burger with the recommended fixings and their fries are solid too!
This place is down the street from where I live so, no more McDonald’s or BK or Taco Bell. It’ll be Smash Grub from now on.
