Super fast service. I ordered online and it was really easy to order via their website. I only wish you could pay online also, but it’s fine paying in person too. They do accept card and cash. They called me after I placed my order to make sure which location I was picking up at which was great of them. I had a big order of 2 pizzas, 8 pieces of chicken, extra wedges, and 2 orders of garlic cheesy sticks and it was all ready within 20 minutes. When I got there to pick up my order the employee who attended me was great. Very courteous, quick, and friendly. She double checked my order before I left which a lot of other places don’t do. The lot to park there is a bit small, but workable. I will definitely buy food from here again.

I have been eating Santa Barbara pizza, Since 2013, and this was the only pizza place that I liked!!! Last night I placed an order for pickup and spent $57.34, And was super disappointed! I had a coupon for a specialty pizza, Which was good, And a large one Topping, which was dry, Not enough sauce on it, And paid $36.99 for that! Then I ordered breadsticks, And a chocolate chip cookie, for $15.98, and the cookie was burnt! The breadsticks were good, but when you pay $57.34, You would expect to have good food! I’m really disappointed!

This place is good but pricey. Their gluten free pizzas are one of the best I have tried. Guy at work had no clue they were eating gluten free crust. Crispy and thin just the way I like it.

Wow just pickup and pizza and salad for lunch. First time here. Got greeted friendly fast . Got our pizza quick and the man that gave it to us very customer service friendly. Ordered the Caliente with pineapple on half(that side isn’t for me). Given a time, pickup was on-time, fast, and easy.
Good: The toppings were great, minus the fresh tomatoes (but that’s not a deal breaker). The chorizo, pepperoni and jalepeno combo is high five worthy.
Bad: Let’s start with the crust, little to no flavor at all. I fricken love crust and normally eat the whole slice but, here I was ok sliding the crust to the trash. The Sauce: firstly there wasn’t enough of it, secondly it really didn’t have alot of flavor. I would’ve liked my pizza to be cooked a little longer, but that’s personal preference and I should’ve asked for that.
Overall: I wouldn’t mind getting pizza here again, but I will be trying other places first.

I tried this place on a whim about a year ago and loved it! Pizza, wings, wedges, cheese bread. It’s all good! I would have rated them a 4 for service because the hours listed weren’t what they were actually working. I called a few weekends and they closed early?? But I haven’t had that issue the last few times I’ve called. The food would be good regardless of the prices, but the prices make it even better. Very nice staff, a couple of benches to sit while you wait, and the wait usually is not very long. 5/5, definitely recommend.

My boyfriend placed an order online which he has done multiple times in the past and I went to pick it up and a rude employee told me he has to be the one to pick it up and there was nothing I can do. She was not helpful so we canceled the order and won’t be back. It could’ve been handled better but the customer service was 0/10. I understand policies but I’ve never had a problem here until now. She was also not wearing gloves while handling ingredients.
