Great service! Great drinks and the sandwich was yummy! With havin a broken foot, I love the fact you dont have to go in, ya just drive right through. I even had a girl come out and take my order in line. She stated she was new but she did great!!

We love MOKA… the lattes and other selections are always amazing. Perfectly served with a smile and a welcoming chat. The staff are the best – they welcome you, always ask you how your day is, engage you and leave you feeling like you actually matter. Onalaska, WI MOKA is a drive-through only but it is the best overall coffee spot we can not pass by!

Moka is one of my favorite coffee spots, not just because the coffee is always amazing, but because the employees are some of the kindest people I’ve ever met. My car randomly broke down in the drive thru (so embarrassing lol), but instead of being annoyed the staff went above and beyond to help me. A few of them came out and helped me push my car, and one of them even left work to drive me to the gas station . Two super sweet girls stayed with me, tried to help get it started, when it still wouldn’t start, they told me I could leave it there until I came back with a mechanic and they even gave me my drink for free. The coffee is always amazing, but after that, I’m convinced the whole team is made of actual angels.

This tipping garbage is out of control. I didn’t even get to choose the tip because she had already clicked on it. . Not cool and dishonest buisness tactics. No did she let me see she did that. I don’t tip unless I know that the drink I got is correct, i don’t mind tipping a dollar for a simple coffee however, I always tip in cash. Not Okay. you guys make a decent hourly wage. You’re lucky if you even get tips let alone expecting them for doing your job and not even with a smile or pleasentness. Becuase the lady that keeps taking orders isn’t even nice about it. She’s smug. Like why would I tip if you didnt even try to be nice to me and then tip yourself on my dime for being that way. Not ok. I know not everyone knows what she’s doing out there, mist the employees are nice, But be aware to the other staff, that’s what she’s doing out there and it’s not okay.

Had a stressful day Thursday 2.13.20. plus needed to drive from Tomah to Onalaska. Thank you to Moka Onalaska, the guy who came to the car to take our order (wish I’d gotten your name!), and the barista at the window, who all helped make it better. 🙂 Lemon-Blueberry scone was majorly YUM! And thanks, unknown staff guy, for recommending the Love Potion Number 9… OMG good! And, how can anyone forget to mention the stickers? Love them! 😀

I’ve been to biggby, Starbucks, Tim Hortons, Dunkin etc. I’m from MI and I’ve never seen a Moka. The Carmel mocha I got was a triple shot with hazelnut. This cup was pure perfect in a drink! TY staff was Nice also!
