The spicy pickle bloody mary was delicious! We had the chicken andouille gumbo which was decent and the red beans and rice which had a really great smoky flavor. The beer lines were pouring foamy and the Jucifer tasted a little flat, but other than that it was good.

If I could give zero Stars I would.. my family and I have gone your multiple times with no problems today we went in at 5:00 to an empty dining room in multiple staff just hanging out by the server stand. Placed are food before 5:20 was which was a burger and a salad at 6:00 p.m. we asked them how the foods coming and they said well it takes a while because you ordered a burger and a salad after other tables after other tables had started to get food that arrived after us and multiple to go orders went out. The manager would not make eye contact with us we asked again at 6:10 they said the food was coming out within the next 2 minutes we waited till 6:20 and then we dipped. I work in food service so I get it but they need to do better. If it’s going to be over an hour wait for a burger and a salad tell your customers that don’t say that it’s taking a long time because you got a burger and a salad.

I ordered chicken and waffles, shrimp and grits, Nashville hot chicken sandwich, along with the eggplant napoleon. Normally this place hits, however this time they gave me an entree plate of shrimp and grits for $24 that wasnt even worth $5!! Im 9 months pregnant and had to drive back to the restaurant only yo be insulted further by them telling me the kitchen put the servings in the wrong size cups. I normally don’t post but feel the need to do so. So constructive criticism is a give and take process. So this was out first time here. We enjoy the atmosphere. The girl behind the bar made a specialty drink for me with vanilla. She was very friendly. I Found a random drink on Pinterest lol. It was good. Food I ordered the chicken pasta very flavored sauce, the chicken pre my taste could of used more salt but again that’s my taste, but was still very flavored. I wish also they would of had more mushrooms. Green beans good. Hubby got catfish and redbeans I don’t eat catfish but looked so good I was eating it with my eyes. Lol.

3 apps, 2 drinks, 2 entrees and a salad and absolutely everything we tried was delicious! We had way too much food and enjoyed every bit of it. And the leftovers reheated great for lunch today!
Server forgot to put in our drink order any instead of making some excuse she explained what happened and got our drinks expedited. Stuff happens, it’s all in how you handle it, and she did a great job!
Live music was enjoyable and not too loud and the fans created the perfect breeze on a warm spring night. A great experience!

I finally got to try this place for the first time. The food was amazing, and the service was great as well. We got the boudin balls as an appetizer. They were delicious. I had the beef tips and my husband had the soft-shell crab pasta. We both loved our meals.
