Milo’s has a great patio that’s perfect for enjoying nice weather, and the inside is ideal for watching sports with plenty of screens and a lively atmosphere.
The food is solid—especially the pizza and toasted ravioli, which are consistently good. The pizza crust might be one of the best thin crust we’ve had in St. Louis so far!
The meatball sandwich didn’t quite hit the mark for us, but everything else we tried was enjoyable.
Service was quick and efficient. Definitely a good spot for casual food, drinks, and catching a game.

The pizza was ok, but not on my top 10, I would rate a 5, being generous here.
The beef dip was good, and the fried ravioli was good. Will I go back on any return trip to Saint Louis, probably not.

This is a very homey family oriented dining place with indoor and outdoor seating. The staff is super friendly and the food is absolutely delicious.

Great staff and the food is killer, tried the chicken parmesan and lasgana both where true classics. The bartender was great, who kept your glass full and just the right amount of friendly. Next time there, I will try the bacci looks like a great time.

Went to Milo’s after so many posts about them being amazing. I was very disappointed.
The “grilled” wings were actually just fried wings with grill marks and the trashed wings cut the roof of my mouth like I was eating captain crunch. Both were dry and overcooked – 5.9/10 Clucks
The ranch was store bought, low quality – you hate to see it
The saving grace was the garlic cheese bread.
Will go back and try again some day.

Not quite ready to meet my manager and director for dinner at a restaurant nearby, I was early and stopped at Milo’s for something to calm nerves and wind down after the workday. Friendly service at the bar where I was able to order a beer.
In the back room next to the golf arcade game, it was quiet. No baseball game going on today so the place was a low level of rowdy as opposed to the usual.
This is a nice, neighborhood bar in The Hill. Be careful with parking to not block a fire hydrant or a driveway.

I popped in for lunch and easily found a place to sit. Bar vibes with classic 70s music playing and multiple TV’s to keep you entertained. The cooks were lightening fast as my food came out before I could even form a coherent thought. I went with wings and pretzel bites and they were perfect (10’s across the board). There are a few other items on the menu I’d like to try out eventually so I am certain I will be back.

Love this spot. Awesome patio especially during the summer when they have bocce ball open. Great sandwiches, wings, and Italian dishes. Perfect to grab a beer or drink with friends. Have always had good luck with service too, feels like a local bar on the hill, proper!

We really enjoyed the ambiance, food, and most important the staff working there. From Sue to Alex, to Michelle they all made our experience memorable. They were very welcoming, attentive and full of information. We learned a lot about the St Louis and tips on where to go. We felt like we were part of the family in the few short hours we were there. The pizza was amazing as well. Cooked perfect! We look forward to coming back and visiting Milo’s again.
