I absolutely adored this place. I stopped in for coffee. It’s not exactly a coffee shop, so I expected just a plain black cup that I add to. Nope! This place has all the charm of a coffee shop. Iced, latte, and flavors!
All the baked goods looked delicious. They had other food there too. I should have grabbed a menu. It looked good.
Inside was cute. Had a poker table and arcade machine. Seating for eating. Little nick-nacks and children’s clothes.
Outside was nice too. Chairs and tables if you just want to enjoy the fresh air.
Server, Areil, was pretty good/nice. Owner came out and showed her a few things. Also nice.

Hurt my hand and couldn’t do my granddaughters cupcakes for her 7th birthday not only did they do a rush last minute order, but the cupcakes were phenomenal. They tasted awesome and decorated beautifully.

Leona’s Cafe and Bakery exceeded my expectations and I would 100 percent recommend people to check them out. I requested 20 cookies for my son’s 3rd birthday and they went above and beyond, everywhere from the online payment to communication and setting up a time to pick them up. Everything was smooth and easy. I sent them my inspiration and I can definitely say I loved the end result more than the original inspiration. Definitely coming back for any future cookie projects/ food and looking forward to their cookie decorating classes. Their daughter is truly an artist and her skills and talent show! Thanks again for such cutie cookies. We got SO many compliments. ❤️

I ordered crabs for noon on August 3rd. No one was at the bakery when I arrived at 12:10. I double checked my receipt it said 12:00. I called the bakery and the crab number with no answer i tried to message via FB with no response. There was another customer waiting also. I had 20 people waiting for crabs at my house. Finally at 1240 a truck arrived. The driver was very rude and insisted that my order was at 1pm. I showed him my receipt. No apologies. Very poor customer service. Your crabs may or may not be there when you show up. If you are willing to take that risk…. the crabs were good.

Leona’s catered my thanksgiving day family brunch and it was delicious! We had fried potatoes with ham and onions, sausage gravy and buttermilk biscuits, blueberry bakes oatmeal, bacon and, my favorite, French toast casserole. Everything was made from scratch and tasted amazing. Everyone loved it. Thank you Cindy, for making our Thanksgiving Day special.

I ordered a cherry pie for my husband’s birthday and Leona made the BEST cherry pie! The crust was so tasty and the cherries were plentiful with non of that awful filler you find in so many commercial pies. I would highly recommend.

Cinnamon buns-AMAZING, turnovers-AMAZING. Cakes are well worth the price. All homemade and set apart from big store made cakes. Customer service-unmatched. Always friendly. This place is undoubtedly a staple and a must visit in Dover.
