We are so happy that we chose this place to eat lunch! You walk in and just had a nice wonderful welcoming feeling! We were treated right away and helped! The food was amazing! The burger was so delicious and meaty! Also must try the beer battered pickle chips! Great crispiness and flavor! It was a very enjoyable lunch!!!!

We picked the busiest time of day Saturday to grab food here, but it was worth it. The place was packed, but we were able to grab a small table in the front corner upon walking in. Our server was very friendly but moving quickly to get everyone taken care of. I went with her recommendation on the Philly cheesesteak sandwich. It was loaded with beef, mushrooms, onions, peppers, and cheese, and their homemade sweet potato fries were great. My son enjoyed his grilled chicken salad and fried mushrooms. My only negative is the lack of beers on tap. They offered 3 beers, but they did offer a decent selection of beers in bottle or can.

The young lady took great care of us. Food was out in time appetizer first had time to enjoy it and our main meal came out. The tea didn’t have any flavor but other than that, they did a great job. The patty melt was delicious.

We stopped here during a staff retreat, and everyone enjoyed themselves. The service was friendly and helpful—as well as accommodating for a group of 10. Everyone’s food looked delicious. I got the brisket and bacon sandwich with the sweet potato fries, definitely recommend it. I even got a side of BBQ sauce to dip it.

I tried a coworkers buffalo wings. I’m not a buffalo guy at all, but I thought their sauce actually had pretty good flavor.

All in all, definitely would recommend this spot if you’re in town.

Excellent service there!
There are also warm decoration (old school western), affordable price (Saturday Prime Rib is $17.95), accessibility (along the main street), and at home atmosphere (it seems like most of customers know each other).
It was worth coming all the way from Lincoln.

Good bar food. Pork tenderloin was very good and hand breaded. It was not a pre-made patty. The Philly was also very good. The day we went they were out of chips. Service was ok.

We stopped in after a school activity to get a quick bite and we were very impressed! The club sandwich was amazing and substantial, the wings were some of the largest we have ever had anywhere and very crispy with outstanding sauce selection. The Philly and waffle fries were as good as any around. 10 out of ten will eat there again! We did not try the home made pop tart for desert but you can bet we will next time!

Got the prime rib, with green beans, French fries, and salad. The prime rib was good, and decent in size. The salad was really basic but OK, I just expected more from a restaurant, at least tomato slice or cucumber. Got Dorothy Lynch, which isn’t a given any more in Nebraska, so it’s a plus. The green beans tasted plain, but nice and hot. The fries were the worst part of the meal. For a $35 meal, there was only a value meal portion, not a standard portion most restaurants give. And they don’t salt their fries, which is why the food is just meh.

I asked the waitress what was her favorite and she said one item, then she spouted off 5 other menu items. I asked for her favorite, not half the menu. Though I did get a refill right after I emptied my drink so that is a plus. The other issue I had was I got my salad half ate and then got the rest of the food. It was too fast, the meal shouldn’t come out when the guest has barely had half of the salad.
