I’ve been buying from Mitch for years. He consistently has the lowest prices around and is extraordinarily knowledgeable with helping select bottles at any price range. He has a large climate controlled room for storage and he consistently emails great selections.
His website could be easier to navigate but that’s minor.

Do Not Order From This Place Online!! Absolutely horrible and will rip you off. Customer service is a big ZERO. You will get no wine and no refund.
I never received my order and Mitchell Soffer would not refund my order, so I disputed the charge on my credit card and Mitchell responded, “guess you’re just another typical J/O … there’s a disclaimer on my check out page so you will lose!”
The worst online customer service I have ever received, and I buy a lot of wine online. Horrible!

Superb experience. Was looking for a particular wine that is not widely available and was looking to get it quicky to share with friends and co-workers for the holidays. With 15 minutes until FedEx picked up for the day, the owner told me to place the order online while he in the meantime gets started packing. Less than 24 hours later, I had the 2 cases delivered in Miami, perfectly packed. Could not be happier with the experience. Highly recommended!!

I used to buy wine here a few years ago and got one bad bottle wanted to return it the owner would not take it back. Let a few years go by and out of convenience started shopping hear again. My wife bought a bottle of wine there a couple of weeks ago. When she poured herself a glass last night it tasted like soap .We called asked if we could take it back we didn’t want our money back just another bottle of wine the lady on the phone said that would be fine. When I came to bring it back the gentleman who works there tasted it and decided that there was nothing wrong with it and he did not exchange it. I understand he’s a small-time outfit but that is poor customer service. Total Wine is right down the street I think I will be shopping there from now on. Good business practice is hard to find these days. I don’t represent a lot of business to this gentleman however the $18 bottle of wine I wanted to exchange will cost him any and all business that I have and I will always tell people of my poor experience there. I guess it’s worth it to him.

This shop has an Incredible hand-picked selection of wines that wine lovers will go crazy over. Prices are lower than the Big-Box stores. They have a wine bar with a delicious selection of wines to try…A must when in the Gulf Gate area..

This place is awesome! The owner is awesome and super helpful! Came in to get some wine shipping boxes and he hooked me big time in a time of need. Will be back for sure! The little dog is pretty darn cute also.
