Varli is an absolute hidden gem! They specialize in Desi snacks and curries. Everything we tried was full of rich, authentic flavor. The mango lassi was perfectly balanced-not too sweet and not too thick. It was truly on point. The chai, though, was the star of the night. It was the perfect warm, aromatic finish after a delicious dinner.
The staff deserves a special shout out as well. They were incredibly attentive, friendly, and provided fast service from start to finish. Overall, Varli offers amazing food with hospitality that makes you want to come back again and again. Highly recommended!

Stumbled upon this Indian street food place. Pleasantly surprised to NOT see it in Hicksville. Very authentic Indian street food. We got the Lamb burger and the pav bhaji. Great Indian twist to the burger. Will return for the other delicacies.

Beetroot tiki chaat – interesting, but the fried crust a bit too thick. Nice seasoning
chicken keema with roomali roti – good but lacking flavor depth

A delightful and transportive experience! It had the atmosphere reminiscent of my earlier street-food days in India with a menu to match! This is not your “run-of-the-mill-regular-Indian-food-in-America” restaurant. I ordered the well-presented Amritsari Fish that was tasteful, which I made into my own kathi roll up, along with the aam panna drink that felt refreshing; I only wish there was more of it. This was my first visit to Varli, but certainly not going to be my last, as I want to try everything on the menu! I plan to go for the breakfast this weekend. Shout out to Vinod for great service!

I was on a business trip and wanted to have some Indian food. I came across this restaurant and decided to try the Bhindi fry, Chicken korma with Rumali roti, and ended the meal with a cup of tea. The presentation was excellent, and the tea tasted amazing.

Very pleasant and delicious Indian restaurant — great for dinner and for snacks or entertaining at home – all very tasky with lovely service. try the Street food dishes– such as beetroot tikki chaax and mamos; also delicious butter chicken and garlic naan — enjoy !!!

Absolutely the best Indian food especially the sarson ka saag, biryani and the chicken Keema. Also the best Karak chai. To top it off paan is available too. Varli is amazing great service my new spot for sure.

Updated to 5* as went again and had their Lohri feast( no fee ) and had few more items. This place made my weekend vibrant!
My kinda of food taste , ambience and the service . Went for breakfast and just fell for it. I would recommend to all to visit . The owner Ms Varli was very courteous and professional. The interior decor is on pork to match the Desi vibe. Definitely my go to place for breakfast or evening snack.i loved the presentation( especially the coffee tray)
Just kept 1 star less so that i visit again and hope to see they are consistent . Otherwise it is 5/5 for every service .
