The food was pretty great. The quac was the best part of the burrito but they were very skimpy on the meat. Every person ahead of me in line was also given a very small amount of meat. The only complaint I have is the lack of meat but overall good food and good location!

Sometimes this location is hit or miss. If your lucky u get a competent highschooler making ur bowl and its done right. If your unlucky the rice is hard and the steak is chewy. Not stingy if u ask for extra scoops from my experience.

Burrito Bowl without beans was good for me.

Super mid as far as Chipotle goes. Chipotle is one of my go to places for a great meal at any given time. Altogether a very bland tasting bowl. chicken was chewy, lettuce too wet so much so that it made my bowl soggy as soon as i got it & the portions were tiny. Will never visit this location again.

I usually enjoy Chipotle, but this experience was really disappointing. When I arrived to pick up my order, the worker was incredibly rude and kept telling me to go around multiple times instead of just helping me. My order wasn’t ready on time, even though I had scheduled it well in advance.
When I got home and opened my bowl, I was shocked. I had ordered double chicken, but there were maybe five small pieces in the entire bowl — and one of them was literally just bones, no meat at all. That’s honestly disgusting. If I’m paying extra for double meat, I expect to actually get what I paid for. Really poor service and food quality this time around. Never coming back go to another location.

How could your employees provide any good hygiene to the food when they cannot wash their hands after using the toilet?
I don’t like writing a review but this issue really bothers me. I went to this Chipotle and grabbed lunch with my husband today everything was fine until we finished our lunch. My husband wanted to wash his hands which I did as well. We both entered the restrooms and found out that both soap machines in both restrooms don’t work! Plus in the other restroom, the hand sanitizer was empty and the sink head was completely pointing to the left and impossible to use!
If I have a diarrhea later, I would never have to find out how and why. I also feel bad for my husband since he ordered a burrito

Chipotle has gone seriously downhill in the last 6 years or so. The food quality is trash, the prices are astronomical, and the service is not what it used to be. The young man making our food didn’t even look at us or seem to be listening as he prepped our order. All in all an abysmal experience. Won’t be going back to Chipotle ever again.

I got my order to-go. Tried the brisket since that’s the current promo. The brisket is okay, but the flavor is much more BBQ than Mexican, and I don’t think it really goes with the flavors of the other ingredients. It’s got more of a sweet BBQ sauce flavor, if you can imagine. The carne asada was much better in terms of flavor profile, I wish they’d kept that. I actually don’t think I’ve been here since they got rid of the carne asada. The rice, beans and meat in my bowl weren’t really warm, either, which was another downer. It’s also amazing to me that the prices are increasing, yet the portions are decreasing. I get price increases are becoming a normal part of life these days, but at least don’t insult your customers by reducing the portions at the same time. And why are the chips always stale?!?

Service has improved inside. However, never get drive-through from the chipotle they always give you a little bit less because they don’t see you face-to-face.
