The worst fast food establishment I have ever been to. I wish I could select zero stars for my experience on 2/15/26 around 4pm. While at the drive-thru speaker, I politely asked for a moment to review the menu with my daughter. The male employee responded with “Oh Lord” in an irritated tone. After ordering a hamburger meal, I was asked what I wanted to drink. I briefly paused and said “umm” while trying to determine whether the location served Pepsi or Coca-Cola products, he said, “This lady doesn’t even know what she wants to drink.” I quickly said just give me Coke Zero if you have it. I then turned to ask my daughter what she would like and the male sighed and said “Hurry up, man.” At that point, I explained that we rarely visit Dairy Queen and simply needed a moment to review the options. When I arrived at the window, I addressed the issue and requested to speak with a manager. The employee claimed the other male wearing a headset was the manager. He did not have any visible identification indicating he was the manager, but I proceeded to explain the situation. This individual accused me of lying and claimed that none of the above was said. I told him I was filing a complaint for my experience and he stated, “Fine, I will give you the number.” He raised his voice, spoke aggressively, and stated, “We don’t have to listen to her,” followed by, “They say the customer is always right but we ain’t listening to this mess.” Repeatedly telling me I was lying. I was then told to pull forward and wait for my food.
After waiting an additional 10–15 minutes while several cars behind me were served first, my food was finally brought out and the order was completely wrong, despite having a receipt showing what I ordered. I had to go inside to receive a refund from the same individual who identified himself as the manager. I hope that any available drive-thru audio, video surveillance, or headset recordings from the time of my visit can be reviewed. No customer should be spoken to or treated in this manner.

If i could give zero stars i would! Everytime we come, there is only like one car but we always have to wait!!! I waited like 15 minutes for a kids meal and when i called to get my money back, the guy said “I’m walking out with it right now” and proceeded to take a few more minutes. The guy brought the food out and brought the wrong food to my car, didn’t apologize or anything but proceeded to turn his nose up like he wanted to fight me!! I’ll definitely never eat there and I’ll be calling Corporate! And yes i was agitated cause we shouldn’t have to wait that long and only one car was before us

I order 3 blizzards and 1 sundae but they put on my receipt 3 blizzards and 2 sundaes. I ordered all mediums and all the blizzards were smalls. The cashier had terrible attitude and was blamed me for them making a mistake. The order took forever and me and my kids left as soon as we got our order. As we left I heard the employees talking about us as we left. Great food terrible service.

Two people working and a cook. Cook was not reviewing orders and we had to go and remind him of our order. One of the workers was managing the drive thru and front desk. He was repeating the drive thru order and mine and I was taken aback that he did not tell the drive thru to hold for a moment. He walked away before I paid. Had to call the other guy over to pay. It was awful! While all this was going on, a couple stood there looking for someone to take their order. One of the guys scolded his coworker for ignoring us.

I want to congratulate DQ for having such an excellent employee. I went at 9:00 pm and this young man called JOSHUA was super professional and kind to talk to. We didn’t wait for anything with a meal combo and 3 Sundays served. It’s not so much because of how fast he is, but because of how excellent the young man is, super attentive.

Went through drive-thru about 2 in the afternoon. I don’t go there often because there’s not one on my usual route. I’ve always loved Dairy Queen, so I decided to go today. Ordered a cheese burger combo w/chocolate shake. The burger was undercooked, greasy and gross. The fries were rubbery and bland. I through that mess in the nearest convenient store garbage can. I did drink most of the melted shake because I was hungry. I won’t be returning to the Old Canton Rd. location again.

I always drive-through to get a cone dipped in chocolate but today I decided to go in. I got to meet one of the managers who has always helped me.his name is Joshua.
He is always helpful and pleasant..
Of course the vanilla cone dipped in chocolate is to die for.

Ordered hot fudge sundae with very little hot fudge. Also ordered a blizzard which was not blended up. Was just regular soft serve. Not worth the price we paid for them.

I waited 30 minutes today for two blizzards. One was the mint brownie blizzard (which looked at least partially frozen) and the other was the Choco Brownie Extreme blizzard (see pictures). It was completely inedible and the consistency of soup. Complete waste of time and money. Please do better or close the doors.

I stopped at this location for the first time on 5/9/23 to grab an ice-cream cake from the cooler for my daughter. It had pink & green icing. I asked if sprinkles could be added. I was told they could add them & a grown LADY took the cake to the back. Few minutes later, she returned the cake with HARVEST colored sprinkles on the cake!! Who puts red, orange, gold, & brown sprinkles on a spring/summer trimmed cake for a girl??!!! She knew better. She just did not care! If they didn’t have spring colored sprinkles to actually match the cake, she could have simply said that! I ended up scraping those harvest sprinkles off and added sprinkles that actually matched the spring colored cake for a girl!
